Currently working for the state of West Virginia and nearing retirement I decided to do short term rentals to supplement my retirement income. Whenever I stay in a hotel or BnB there are things that I want and look for in my accommodations. For example - make it clean - no dust bunnies, hairy sinks or stale smells; extra towels, extra blanket, extra trash bags or dirty laundry bag, soap bigger then a credit card, clean potable water.... With that in mind I've tried to think of guests needs ( what I would want) and make sure my guest have access to these amenities.
