Welcome to our home with unbeatable intersecting canal views!

You will have the entire house to yourself which has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a garage converted into a game room and a screened in patio with a heated pool.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. The house is south facing so you’ll enjoy the sunrise AND sunset while sitting on the dock with a fire pit while observing a variety of fish, turtles and birds.

Great place to stay.

This was a nice place to stay. We primarily just cooked and slept there as we were gone from morning till dark most days. Nice, clean pool. Was great having 3 bathrooms for our family. Quiet neighborhood and really fun being on a canal. Great communication with host. Would stay here again!

Vacation 2025

Property was amazing 4 adults and 6 children plenty of room. Fishing off of the dock and riding in the kayaks was fun for all. Kids loved the big pool and all the toys.Everything you need is provided by the property owners, absolutely the easiest and best vacation. Great access to all the beaches. Property owner was fast to reply when we had questions. Would definitely recommend for a family-friendly vacation.

Yearly Florida Trip

The home layout worked out perfectly for our group. The host responded quickly to any issues we had. The pool was easy to get in and out of for all 4 of us. The property was easy to find and was located close to restaurants. Definitely would stay at the house again.

Restful Long Weekend

The property was exactly as advertised. Perfect for a long weekend with the family. In addition to enjoying the pool and the view of the canal, our daughters took advantage of the kayaks and bikes. Short distant drive to some great restaurants. Will definitely look to see if the house is available for rent the next time we return to Cape Coral.

Million Dollar View

We had a wonderful time at the property. The kids had a great time in the pool and the views of the canal were amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a quiet home to relax. The communication with the owner was also fantastic. (The arcade game in the garage was the 7 year olds favorite!)

Awesome house

We had such an amazing time on our vacation. The house was literally stalked with everything you could ever want.. The house was clean.. It was beautiful.. The beds were comfortable.. Plenty of towels and beechtowels.. Loved our stay!

Great Vacation home.

The home was as advertised and the owner was very good to deal with and helpful. Our grand children loved the pool which was nicely heated, the games room and kayaks. Very nice neighborhood and everyone seemed friendly. We would go back.

Fantastic Place with perfect mix of R&R and Activity

We had such a great trip. The place was amazing. I loved watching the fish jump and kyaking on the water. The kids loved the game room. It was a perfect mix of relaxation and activity. The host was super nice and check in was painless. I can't wait to go back next year.

Loved this house

We stayed at Sean and Kelly's for 5 weeks and loved it. Views from house ,pool and dock were awesome. Lots of room and everyone got there own bathroom which was a huge plus. Very well stocked which was appreciated. Such a comfortable home would highly recommend this house and hope to return. The Bell family

House was great. Only suggestions - maybe a few more towels. Between pool and showers we went through them quickly. Other than that house had everything needed for our week stay.

Christmas weekend

We wanted time to relax with our extended family in Florida. Bad weather on the 25th made no difference because the house was so comfortable and cozy. Appreciated the Christmas decor as we were far from home. Thanks again! Happy New Year!

I usually go to Florida once a year with my friends to go fishing and relax. We usually go to Forr Myers beach but since the hurricane destroyed it we looked elsewhere and found this house on vrbo. It did not disappoint! Very nice house in a great location with a private pool.

Comfortable home

We had a great stay at this home over a long weekend as we wind down summer. It was very relaxing and cozy. The Master Bedroom was so quiet and away from the other side of the house which was great. The Den made great for an extra TV space especially since we were there during a Trop Storm. ;) Also the game room was very fun and had so much to do! Basketball and arcade games and darts and more. It was a great time. There is not a hot tub on the property so important to know if that's something interested in.
