The single-level interior is tastefully appointed with updated, high-end appliances and elegant design.

The spacious, bright interior showcases an open layout with sparkling, marble tile flooring featured throughout. Gather with friends and family on the luxe, leather recliner sofa while streaming shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. An electric fireplace offers elevated ambiance. The full island kitchen comes exquisitely outfitted with the updated appliances utensils to suit even the most discerning of home cooks. The island prep station doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for four. Everyone can eat together at the six-seater dining table. Challenge friends and family to a bit of competition with a few rounds of Ping-Pong in the garage.

Primary guests will find a private sanctuary in the main bedroom, complete with direct patio access and a gorgeous en suite featuring deep soaking tub and walk-in shower.

After a cooling dip, relax poolside in one of the lounge areas while the grill master sets to work in the outdoor kitchen for a gourmet-style backyard barbecue. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. A perfect home for a family getaway

Great Way to start the summer

Just checked out today and I must say we didn’t want to leave. Wanted to stay an extra day but it was booked. Kids enjoyed themselves even though it rained the first day and we were unable to get in the pool. Host was communicating promptly and took care of all my questions. Will definitely book again.

Great place!

Vacation with six adults and two children, lots of space to spread out. The pool and outdoor space was great. My only complaint is that the pool did not hold temp over night and took a little bit of time in the morning to heat back up. Not great for those earlier swimmers. Kitchen was fully functional great location close to everything we needed.

Cape Coral is a beautiful community. The neighborhood was modern & gorgeous. This property was so beautiful & had the essentials we needed. It would have been helpful to have paper products & basic cleaning supplies as well as dish clothes. overall would definitely recommend!

Cape Coral Treasure

We have stayed in multiple homes in Cape Coral over the years for baseball and this one was definitely one of the best. I will be staying here again! Beautifully decorated, all the necessities needed (plus more), had a great layout, easy check in and check out process, and top-notch communication! Plus, if you need anything during your stay, you simply text and they make sure it is taken care of. Especially for the price, I highly suggest this home for your stay. It is a Cape Coral Treasure!

Pretty house and pool but house keeping doesn’t do their job fully

We were happy about our stay and enjoyed it but the cleanliness of the house after further inspection was not top notch as it should be for spending over a thousand dollars for a couple of days!! We will not return even though the house manager was on top of things and easily available. He also sent over house keeping to remake bed and offered to send someone over to fix shower. Very nice but we shouldn’t have had to have our vacation interrupted by something that should have been done before we arrived. Coffee cup that was put away in cabinet still had coffee residue on it, roach droppings in cabinet, dirty towel and wash cloth under bed in spare room, empty juice box behind bed side table, shower head had been previously broke and broke again on us, crumbs and dust on top bunk AND worst of all we found a vape pen in between seat cushions on patio couch with our children in the house. Unacceptable!

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful week! The pool was excellent, and our kids had an absolute blast in it all week! We were so grateful for the pack and play and the high chair that was provided as we didnt have space to pack and bring our own from home. The home provided plenty of space for the 8 of us, plenty of towels for all (definitely could have had more washclothes but not complaining), and we thoroughly enjoyed using the grill. We also had a great time with the ping pong table in the garage. I would suggest adding more dish clothes and a dish drain for hand washed dishes as there weren't any provided. Also, the outside trash cans were completely full when we checked in so we had a bitnof a struggle trying to figure out that situation. Will highly recomend this property to anyone that may be planning to travel to Cape Coral.

the house was beautiful with a really nice pool/patio area. (a heated pool would have been nice.) they could have spent a little bit and got some better everyday things. Such as the silverware, no good sharp knives, the pots and pans were worn. We had to go purchase a skillet to cook with, there are no grilling tools, we had to go buy our own. Two washcloths for 6 people, had to go buy some. No blankets. Torn plastic mattress pad in one bedroom and stained sheets. It is a very beautiful place and we really did enjoy our stay and had a good time, just didn't think we would have to furnish so much.

Many issues

First while we are driving to the home we are told heater not working ( we paid extra for pool heater ) was told owners wanted to wait for a warranty to kick in and that it’s been couple weeks . The master bedroomCouch had something I can only imagine on it . Got approved to be moved to another home and when we got to that house it already had people staying thrrr . Wasted entire day of out vacation and was told owner didn’t want to fix heater till some company could look at it (over 2 weeks ) should of told us that heater doesn’t work and we can get you another place . I had to call few times and demand to be moved .

Nice Home

This home is modern and just under 2 years old. It is nicely decorated and in a quiet neighborhood. Overall our stay was good. We just have a few suggestions to improve the property use for renters. The master's bed has a plastic protector cover and not a fabric one like the other beds. It causes the bed to be hotter and makes alot of noise. This did not allow us to sleep well and causing us to turn down the air temperature due to the heat. The thermostat is set to go to 78, just about every hour, during the day. This caused us several trips ( during the day) to adjust the temperture. We understand the owner wishes to save energy, but this was very inconvenient. Overall with a few upgrades the quality of the stay would improve immensely.

Fantastic Home / Few Issues Though

This home is fantastic - let me say that to begin. It is very updated and very spacious for a family. The pool has a great sunning deck for kids to play, and adults to lounge. The outdoor kitchen was amazing. The issues we found to have with the house might not be issues for you as they were to us. First, the amount of towels is not very many in the house. This is ran by a vacation rental company and they don’t stock the house very much. The biggest issue we had was the thermostat - the AC would locked to not go lower than 73 degrees. I’m not sure about you, but in the Florida sun, that’s still pretty hot. The nights were quite hot. We had an infant that needed a cool room and we were forced to have to buy an extra fan to make sure he stayed cool. We tried to communicate with the rental company that owns the home only to be told there were tickets created for our issues, and the local staff would be in touch, only to never receive any follow up information. All in all, a great house, but issues remain.

Clean, modern home, spacious

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at this home with our inlaws and grown chuldren.and grandson. The house was clean and had plenty of room for all of us. We were bummed the outdoor TV didn't work and the pool was freezing, no heater, and we couldn't use it. Was even too cold for my grandson. The kitchen was gorgeous, but not a lot of cooking pans. For a 4-bedroom home only had two very small frying pans. Appliances were all new, beds were comfortable and place was clean. We had trouble with the thermostat and called and someone did come out to fix it. Got a text that the TV would be repaired but nobody showed up. There is not a lot to do in the area mostly due to the storm, which is sad to see the damage it caused.

Great home with a central location

The house is brand new, spacious, with a nice floor plan. Centrally located within a few miles of groceries, gas, etc. We loved our stay here, very quiet neighborhood with miles of walking and biking paths. The addition of a hot tub would have made it perfect, but that’s minor!

A Perfect Oasis!

This place was perfect for a stay in the Fort Myers area. The location was incredible because it was literally minutes away from grocery stores and shops around town, but it’s also very quiet and peaceful. There are lots of restaurants and life around Cape Coral, and the accommodations at this vacation house was perfect to take advantage of that for a backyard grill party (and the pool was a fantastic bonus). To be honest, it was incredibly convenient to just drive around to where I needed to be from this place while enjoying a relaxing and charming time with my family. Driving to Sanibel and Captiva islands was a breeze, and Pine island is just across the bridge. This house was clean and comfortable. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here!
