La Centrale de l'Île de Ré offers this modern and bright house with a garden, located in a peaceful setting close to local shops and the beach.



The house is close to the cycle paths and just 400 metres from the beach. The house is comfortable and features a garage for bicycles and a car. Parking is also available for 2 vehicles in front of the house.



Direct access to a small lane leading towards the beach provides easy access by bicycle.

Spacious and bright living area with a lounge area and semi-open kitchen.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 160X200.

One bathroom.

One separate toilet.



UPSTAIRS:

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a 180x200 double bed.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90X200 that can be pushed together to form a 180x200 double bed.

One shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Bedroom 4: 2 single beds 80x200 that can be pushed together to form a 160x200 double bed.

The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide including our favourite local spots and recommendations to help you discover Île de Ré and make the most of your stay!



The house is available to book for stays of 5 nights or more outside the summer season.

Bed and bathroom linen rental and delivery are included in July and August (and available as an optional extra outside July and August).

Key handover and an on-site introduction to the house are included.

Tourist tax is included.



A €500 security deposit is mandatory before entering the property (by credit card pre-authorisation or bank transfer).
