Great vacation spot!

We enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condo. The property had all the necessities for cooking, grilling, and relaxation. Everyone we met in the complex was very nice and friendly. It was great having the walking/biking path so close to the condo. Paul was a great host and gave us a tour of the complex when we arrived. If we had any questions, he was prompt in responding. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and myself were unable to make the trip to AZ this past March due to health issues. Please forward this to the proper people at VRBO. I am feeling better and expect that we will be making a reservation soon. J Kopecky

I definitely didn't deserve the 1 star! Please correct this- I work very very hard to keep my 5 star average rating- & I went above & beyond for you making efforts to get the unit rented at the last minute for at least a portion of what I had been counting on from your booking- & I credited/VRBO returned $800+ to you/your credit card- furthermore re last minute cancelations VRBO is who creates the cancellation policies- which owners select- hosts don't create them! I'm very glad you are feeling better & I expressed my concern for you & exemplified compassion, & understanding & even made successful efforts to book the unit for a portion of the original dates/amount & I shared it with you- returning $800 to you- I believe very very few if any other hosts would have done this! Anyways I'm glad you are feeling better- sorry for what transpired- I also let you know I would extend a nice discount for any future bookings- I look forward to the opportunity to host you! Great place!

We had a great time in this property while visiting family. The location couldn't be any better with every shop that you can think off just a few blocks away.. The complex is huge but with lots of green spaces which can be seen from the windows. The unit has everything that we could need and very tastefully decorated. The beds were confortable and the linens were very soft and nice. The weather was extremely hot but the AC kept us cool and happy. And Paul is an outstanding host. He was waiting for us at the check in to ensure we would know how to control the thermostat, what we appreciated very much! We would definitely go back to this property if we go to Phoenix again.
