Ground Unit in the Perfect area off the Green Belt across from Stone Creek Golf Course. Large Front and Back Patio. Open floor plan with Large master bedroom with walk-in master shower. Second bedroom with a full bath just a few steps away. This unit is 3 doors down from the pool. Its a very quiet small community so coffee in the morning and dinners at night outside are very enjoyable!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was perfect for the two of us and centrally located. There is just about every retail store you can imagine just down Cactus less than a mile away. We enjoyed having coffee on the patio and were even brave enough to get in the pool (not heated) during our stay. The condo has everything we needed, and Lindsay was very helpful! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Location and quiet neighborhood!!

Property was awesome! Had everything we needed! Perfect location if you are traveling for the Mayo Clinic’s! Close to Phoenix airport, about 45 mins away from Mesa Airport. Location was perfect for shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

Guest expected all toiletries to be at the property. Unfortunately this is not something I provide as everyone’s preferences are different and has caused issues in the past. It is stated in the listing as such. The guest also said they did not know what to do upon checking out but if was due to not reading the message that was provided to them the previous day. Was just unfortunate as I pride myself on my guests and their experience but this was due to lack of looking and reading on their part.

The check in process was straight forward and hassle free. The unit is located in an area that has access to many restaurants, shopping as well as close/easy freeway access. Despite being on a busy street the complex was very quiet and just steps away from the pool.

Arizona Getaway

We came to Phoenix for a two week getaway and some golf. This unit was in a quite part of town ideally located to the expressway, shopping and golf. There are several grocery stores conveniently located near the property. Also, many good restaurants in the surrounding area. The host was very easy to communicate with contacted us several times to make sure the we were enjoying our stay.
