Welcome to our modern and bright townhouse, located in a quiet and pleasant setting, in Villejuif (94800).
The house is located 3 minutes walk from the Villejuif-Léo Lagrange metro station (line 7). It is very easy to reach the tourist sites of Paris.
With its 110m² spread over two levels, this accommodation combines comfort, modernity and practicality for your business trips or family holidays.
A private parking space is located at the foot of the accommodation.
The accommodation
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate toilets.
It is tastefully decorated, and furnished with top-of-the-range furniture and equipment.
It extends over two levels, each designed to maximise comfort and practicality.

Level 1 opens onto a large, very bright and friendly living room with:
- a comfortable and spacious living room with a large TV
- a fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster, blender...)
- an 8-seater dining table
- bedroom 1: King size bed 180x200 (modular into two single beds 90x200), storage space
- a private bathroom in the bedroom
- a separate toilet

On level 0, you will find sleeping areas with:
- bedroom 2: King size bed 180x200, storage space, television
- bedroom 3: King size bed 180x200, storage space, television
- bedroom 4: Queen size bed 160x200, two bunk beds, storage space, television
- a bathroom with bathtub
- a separate toilet

All rooms are equipped with new and high-end mattresses for maximum comfort.
We provide linen, including sheets and towels.
A baby cot is also available on request, for an extra charge of €50. The request for the baby cot must be made 48 hours before arrival.

In a semi-pedestrian cul-de-sac, the house offers a quiet and peaceful setting while being close to all amenities.
You will find many restaurants, the Okabé shopping centre, a supermarket and a petrol station nearby.
Orly airport is only 15 minutes away by car and 35 minutes by metro. The Villejuif-Léo Lagrange metro station (line 7) allows you to quickly reach Paris and its main tourist sites.
Line 7 directly serves the Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Louvre Museum, Châtelet, Opera...

- Parties are strictly prohibited, in order to respect the tranquility of the neighbourhood.
- The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
- Check-in and check-out times must be strictly respected.
- Please respect the number of people indicated in the booking, respect the furniture and the cleanliness of the accommodation.
- In case of non-compliance with these rules, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
