Atypical accommodation: former artist's studio transformed into a duplex apartment overlooking a wooded courtyard, ideal for having meals outside. Very comfortable for six people with the possibility of additional beds (10 beds in total), three bathrooms, in a perfectly served central area, to visit the tourist sites of the capital. Close to the Luxembourg Gardens, Saint Germain des Prés, the Bon Marché store and Montparnasse (metro and train station).

Spacious and very well equipped house, enjoying the calm of the courtyard, including 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 TV (flat screen satellite )wifi
kitchen equipped with induction and gas hobs, microwave and traditional oven as well as dishwasher etc....
laundry room with washing machine and dryer
travellers will be able to enjoy the wooded courtyard with dining area and lounge (ideal for the aperitif) guinguette atmosphere at nightfall with its coloured electric garlands
The rooms under the roof are also equipped with velux and electric blinds and the rooms on the street are also equipped with double glazing

Our host was kind, responsive, and very helpful. The apartment is spacious and well appointed and the location was ideal. This will be our preferred place to stay in Paris moving forward.

This home is located in a perfect location between 3 Metro stops. It is perhaps the most well-equipped property I have stayed in. We had 8 of us and even though the listing says only 1 bathroom, there are 3! It worked really well for us. There are some narrow, steep stairs going up to the bedrooms so if you have mobility problems it's not the right place for you. It has a huge dining room table for everyone to sit at and enjoy dinner. Overall, our stay was enjoyable
