This 48 square meter two bedroom apartment is spread over two levels. On the ground floor is the bedroom with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and enough closet space. The bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet is on the same level. Through the staircase in the hall one reaches the bright modern furnished living area on the first floor. Here guests will find a cozy seating set with flat TV and the dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, microwave with grill, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. A spacious balcony in a southern orientation to the courtyard is accessible from the living room and promises many relaxing sun hours. The parking space is located on the property.

Top Lage

Sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnung mit perfekter Lage dicht an der Seebrücke. Nur der Ausblick aus dem Balkon ist nicht so schön, nach hinten raus, Blick auf andere Wohnungen und Gewerbehof.
