Top Ausstattung, aber im Detail viel Luft nach oben

Grundsätzlich schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung in zentraler Lage, bei der man versucht hat den eigentlich ungünstigen Grundriss einigermaßen optimal zu nutzen, aber: 1. Sehr laut an zumindest in der Hauptsaison vielfrequentierter Ortsstraße. Da beide Räume zur Straße raus gehen und sich praktisch niemand an die Regeln einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße hält, ist ab 06:00 Uhr bei gekippten Fenster nicht mehr ruhig schlafen. Die Wohnung lässt sich nicht wirklich verdunkeln. Bei Sonne heizt sich die Wohnung stark auf. Zumindest im Schlafzimmer könnte man hier noch aufrüsten. Bett: Matratze, Lattenrost und Kopfkissen könnten gegen geringe Kosten mal ausgetauscht werden (IKEA hat da günstige und gute Angebote), so ist das Bett sehr unbequem und noch dazu muss aufgrund der räumlichen Gegebenheiten der hinten Liegende immer ins Bett grabbeln, da das Bett direkt an der Wand steht. Frage mich, wie da noch das angebotene Zusatzbett Platz hat. Lausiges WLan erlaubt kein Surfen oderArbeiten. Eigentlich kann man es nicht als WLAN bezeichnen. Gut, wenn man ausreichendes Datenvolumen hat. Sicherheit: Keine Rauchmelder im Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum. Ist das nicht auch in MVP Pflicht? Fahrradkeller wie in der Beschreibung angegeben gibt es für Wohnung Nr. 5 nicht. Schlecht bei teureren Rädern. Die muss man im Kellervorraum irgendwo abstellen, wenn Platz ist. Die kostenfreien Parkplätze sind sehr eng, selbst für Mittelklassefahrzeuge. Als wir ankamen waren Teller, Tassen und Besteck zum Teil verschmutzt. Alles in allem haben wir den Eindruck, dass hier vor allem auf Rendite und weniger auf Qualität geachtet wird.

Sehr schönes Wohnobjekt im Herzen des Ortes

Sehr schöne Villa. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Die Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet und sehr wohnlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt einige Tipps. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank.
