Tierra Palms is a corner unit conveniently located next to the condo pool, with two screened-in patios, a spacious open floor plan, well-equipped kitchen, and a two-car garage. Whether you're planning a relaxing summer getaway or escaping the cold of winter, you'll have everything you need to feel right at home while experiencing life on “The Island.”

The space

The main living level features a bright, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is stocked with the cooking essentials you'll need during your stay, and the dining area comfortably seats up to eight.

Just off the kitchen is an upper screened-in balcony overlooking the pool, with comfortable seating and a dining table for four. The living room includes a Smart TV, plenty of comfortable seating, and a convertible sofa that unfolds to provide an additional twin-size sleeping space. A mattress topper for this is available for added comfort. A half bath is also located on this level.

Upstairs, the spacious primary suite features a king bed, Roku TV, generous closet and dresser storage, a dedicated desk/workspace, and an additional convertible sofa. The private en-suite bathroom includes dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a large tiled walk-in shower with rainfall and handheld shower heads.

The second bedroom, affectionately known as “The Mermaid Room,” also includes a Roku TV, closet and drawer storage, and its own private bathroom with a tiled shower.

A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs between the bedrooms.

On the ground level, guests have access to a private two-car garage. Vehicles park tandem-style, one behind the other. From the garage, step out onto the lower screened patio, where you'll find seating for two, a gas grill, and the condo pool. A spiral staircase connects the lower patio to the screened balcony above.
