Welcome to a beautiful, completely remodeled second-floor 1BR/1BA unit in a small, friendly, peaceful waterfront community in the heart of Tierra Verde. Everything is new – appliances, furnishings, bath (with easy step-in shower) and linens including beach towels. Kitchen is well equipped. We provide welcome snacks and starter bath accessories. TVs in the BR, LR, free wifi. Enjoy spectacular balcony sunrises. Quiet, friendly community where people gather around the pool at dusk.If you're looking for action, we are ten minutes from St. Pete Beach and happening downtown St. Pete!

Lovely Spot!

This one bedroom condo is ideal for a couple. It is attractive, convenient and newly decorated with good taste. Sandi and her assistant Jose were very responsive. We felt relaxed and comfortable. — like home. We enjoyed the beach and kayaking at Fort de Soto County Park and art galleries and museums in St. Petersburg. The location is ideal. Close to the park with easy access to St. Petersburg and Tampa.

Why they chose this property

We love the walking trails that will take you to 'the mainland'. Easy walk to new 24-access gym, little longer walk to the popular coffee shop Addicted to the Bean and terrific sushi restaurant (reservations a must); short two miles to all Ft. DeSoto offers; easy access to the happening downtown St. Pete where the action - restaurants, shops, museums - is quite interesting.
