Create your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a range/oven cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and fully stocked cookware, plus ample counter space for easy meal prep. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy al-fresco dining at the picnic table on the patio, or spread out for lawn games in the expansive yard.

Blissful beach days are a breeze with provided beach chairs and an umbrella, while family-friendly perks include a Pack ’n Play and a high chair. This snowbird-friendly home also features central heating and air conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, and a private washer and dryer for added comfort and convenience.

You’ll be ideally located near St. Armands Circle and Siesta Key, with a grocery store and Sarasota Memorial Hospital both less than two miles away. Enjoy access to two nearby pools—one within walking distance at Arlington Park, and another at the Lido Beach Pavilion, just six miles away. Bayfront Park and Bird Key Park are within three miles, while Selby Gardens and the Ringling Bridge are both within four miles. The entrance to the Legacy Trail is less than half a mile from your front door.

Local favorites include Yoder’s Restaurant & Amish Village, just over a mile away, and Owens Fish Camp for standout seafood. For outdoor adventures, Myakka River State Park offers hiking, fishing, and the occasional alligator sighting from a safe distance, while Payne Park features a skate park and shaded walkways—perfect for an afternoon with the kids.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
