Welcome to our family house, located in the centre of Penvins and 10mn walk away from the beaches.

Ground floor: lounge and dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, Bathroom and separated toilets. Direct access to the garage, the terrace and the garden.
First floor: one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with double bed and a convertible single bed for a child, one bedroom with three single beds. Bathroom and separated toilets.
A convertible bed for a baby and a changing table are also at your disposal.

Logement très bien placé à 1 km de la plage et de la Presqu'île. Proche de quelques petits commerces et restaurants. La maison est conforme à la description, très bien équipée, propre, il manque un peu d'ombre côté terrasse malgré le parasol pour la table de jardin.Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Karine et son mari.

Wir haben wunderbare Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist neu, sehr ansprechend, aber auch praktisch. Alles ist vorhanden.Karine ist offen, freundlich, und sehr hilfsbereit.Die Strände sind alle in Gehdistanz und es strhen auch Velos zur Verfügung.

Jolie maison fonctionnelle et position géographique au top. Karine et Anthony sont très réactifs aux sollicitations. Un excellent séjour en dehors de la période estivale sous le soleil. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

Un excellent séjour, une maison neuve idéalement bien située. La maison est bien équipée il ne manque vraiment rien pour passer un agréable séjour. Les hôtes sont vraiment très sympas, bref je recommande! Merci de votre accueil pour ce super séjour!

Maison rationnelle et agréable, bien équipée, située dans un petit lotissement tres calme. Les exterieurs recents n'incluent pas d'arbres pour l'ombre. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour en famille.
