Sound-front condo on Roanoke Island, just a few minutes from the beaches of the Outer Banks. Non-smoking and pet-free with 1 Bedroom and 1.5 Bathrooms. This is a Vacation-My-Way property with a minimum of a 3-night stay needed. The condo accommodates 2. The Master holds a King bed, jetted tub and walk in shower. There are 2 flat screen TVs with smart capabilities (no cable), ceiling fan, waterfront covered deck with furniture, and an elevator for easier access to property. Public parking is found thru out development. With this condo you will have stunning views of Roanoke Sound and old town Manteo, especially at sunset. Access to clubhouse, community pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day), and fitness center included. Potential dock space available for boats up to 21' (dock space must be scheduled in advance or it will not be available).
