We had a great time and we’re able to bring our 18 foot boat and launch it around the corner and then keep it on the property in the guest dock area of a well protected marina. The condo was perfectly situated with a beautiful view of Shallowbag bay. The restaurant right downstairs is outstanding and we had two excellent meals there. Mary is a phenomenal communicator and was tremendously accommodating and helpful to us. We walked to downtown Manteo several times. Brought our bikes and were able to ride down to Fort Raleigh. Jeanette’s Pierre is a short ride over the bridge and has free parking and we were able to enjoy the beach. I can’t wait to go back!

Stunning waterfront views. Great location near charming downtown Manteo. Convenient to all things OBX. Free trailer parking but a bit tight for 18ft or longer. Yes, we’d stay here again!

Condo was beautiful and clean. View was amazing. Exactly as described. The host was so attentive and answered all our questions within a very short time. She even gave suggestions for sightseeing and restaurant. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could!

My wife and I took a week without kids for the first time in more than 20 years. This place was perfect!! We honestly couldn't get enough of the water views. The bed was so comfortable it was tough to get going in the morning. Mary was super responsive to everything. Highly recommend to any couples looking to spend an amazing time together.

The condo was in a great location. Rooms were actually bigger than we thought. Can watch the boats right outside the balcony. The pool was a great extra. Did eat one of the nights at the restaurant on the property

Highly recommend!... however...There was one down side... parking. We got back one evening and there was no parking spots besides permit spots for owners. (We assume they were people eating at the restaurant, which has REALLY good food btw) HOWEVER... everything else was so great, the condo was spotless and gorgeous, people so friendly and accommodating that we're still giving it 5 stars. We waited for about 5 minutes for someone to leave and parked in their spot. Inconvenient, but everything else was so perfect and above expectations! ( Parking issue only happened once at peak dinner time. )

More like 4 1/2 stars. Nice, well equipped, property. Great location with scenic view. A regular table and chairs near the windows would be nice. Only place to sit and eat is the counter in the kitchen where you face the back wall. Instructions on how to use the TV in the living room would have been helpful.
