Coffee, watching the sun rise from the ocean... the moon shimmering over the beach at night... and all your family's memories in between... Step off your deck onto the beach and start relaxing on your vacation. Luxuriate in the sun on your personal chaise lounge on one of two open decks or relax in the shade on one of two covered decks.

This large luxurious beachfront, smoke free condominium is steps to one of the nicest life guarded beaches. This recently renovated condo has every amenity with five TVs, VCR, DVD player, stereo and gas fireplace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including granite counter tops and separate wet bar. The master bath offers a large whirlpool tub. Also included is off street parking for two cars (one inside the garage). With ten foot ceilings in the living, dining and kitchen areas, this home is bright, airy and inviting.

This home is located on the 50th Street beach in Ocean City, just 25 minutes to the casinos in Atlantic City and 30 minutes to historic Cape May and the ferry.

Summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in time is 2PM on Saturday and Check-out is by 10AM Saturday.

Wonderful stay!

We had a fabulous time during our stay at Cindy's condo! She has thought of every detail and goes out of her way to make her guests feel at home. We spent a long Easter weekend here, and although the weather was rather chilly, the location and the amenities that Cindy provides made it a warm and comfortable stay.

We spent a week pre-season with our family and some friends to celebrate my son's graduation. It was so relaxing! The owner was responsive and answered our questions--and also greeted us with goodies and suggestions for shopping and dining. The beach is beautiful, quiet and large, and we had everything we needed. Thanks for an amazing vacation.

Off-season relaxation

Cindy was very kind and attentive to detail. The property is very well taken care of. It has many available tools in the kitchen, and pantry staples galore, so you won't miss the home feeling. Plenty of disinfecting products available and straight communication. I would definitely come back, I wish it was a top floor property to see the sea from my window, but you are just steps away from it. Recommended!

Son's wedding weekend at this beautiful home

My son got married at the Ocean City Yacht , I rented Cindy home for the bridal party to stay at and get dress. Her home is beautiful and had everything we needed, including champagne glasses, that were used quite often. God bless us with a beautiful sunny warm day, we walked out Cindy's back door 10 feet to the sand and dunes for beach pictures. The bride and groom had their "honeymoon" a the home, not until the bride and groom sent out a picture drinking champagne in a jacuzzi did I see this gorgeous master bedroom bathroom! Cindy was the best host and I would highly recommend this beach home to everyone

Beautiful property

We stayed for a week in this well maintained tastefully decorated beachfront property in early May. While the weather was not our friend, our hostess, Cindy, made every effort to welcome us and provide a relaxing time.

Beachfront bliss

Amazing beachfront property with a dream porch and steps directly to the beach. The host was amazing, great communication leading up to our stay. She left us some treats and clear direction of check in and out. Will be my go to place from here out. Highly recommend. Was a great place to make special memories.

A great escape!

We loved our time at this amazing property! Having direct beach access was our favorite thing, but there are so many other highlights - great outdoor space, soft beds, well equipped kitchen and super thoughtful welcoming treats. We can’t wait to stay again, and maybe bring some friends, 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths is a lot of space! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect stay

Our stay in Cindy’s home was so perfect. Very clean and location was the best part. We sat on the deck and could hear the ocean. Short walk to the beach from the deck. Beds were comfortable, and she had all the supplies plus more that we needed! My family is already planning when we can come back next year.

Great family property!

We had a short getaway here after a Marine Biology unit with our kids. They loved being able to play in the sand right off the deck and enjoy short walks over the dunes to the beach. The house was clean and had all the needed amenities. The area would probably be a bit too crowded for us in the summer but it was perfect for a spring trip, there was no one around!

Best beach getaway!!!!

Being a nurse in a pandemic has been really stressful the past year. My whole family needed to get away to get fresh air and honestly a break from people. Going to this relaxing condo was just what we needed to recharge and get back on track. The little touches Ms. Cindy did were so sweet and thoughtful. The beach is just outside the door and my son had a blast playing with the sand toys and collecting shells. I would 100% stay here again and can’t wait to book our next trip with Ms. Cindy!
