Welcome to the Best Beach House in Ocean City, NJ. We are excited for the 2026 season and look forward to a fun, safe, relaxing year on the beach. Thank you for choosing to stay here.

Breathtaking beach and ocean views. One of the finest homes in Ocean City. We are located right on the boardwalk at the corner of 23rd and Wesley. First floor condo of extra-large house in the middle of the Gold Coast section of Ocean City, NJ.

Our corner lot offers sweeping views of the ocean, beach, boardwalk, and even the Atlantic City lights. Far enough from the busy section of the boardwalk to be quiet and private yet close enough to walk or ride bikes. Plenty of room for the whole family, bring the grandparents!

With 2300 sq ft of living space, the home boasts two master suites - each with their own bathroom and king-size beds; plus two more bedrooms - one for the kids with bunk beds for 4, the other with two twin beds. Garage parking for two cars, driveway fits another two, indoor beach shower. Wrap-around balcony perfect for relaxing with a good book while watching the ocean and people watching on the boardwalk. Also has two private balconies off the master and guest bedrooms with beach/ ocean views. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, cable TV in living room and all bedrooms, Amazon Fire TVs, Free WIFI, gas fireplace, large sleep sofa. Quiet, large beach right outside the front door and right between two guarded beaches at 22nd and 24th streets. Guests must provide their own bed linens and towels (this is standard for Ocean City rentals). We can refer you to a linen delivery service, if desired.

NJ now collects taxes on vacation rental properties. Please contact us regarding how to save on the published rates.

Please see the calendar for current rates. Three night minimum stay during the off-season; Seven night minimum stay during peak season (unless otherwise indicated in the rate calendar), which rents Saturday to Saturday.

Renters must include at least one responsible adult over the age of 30 who occupy the property. Please note - we DO NOT rent to school, prom, or senior week groups. And pets are not allowed.

On-Demand cable TV fees will be withheld from the security deposit.

Family vacation

Great location. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. Nice size bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms. Garage for storage of beach chairs, toys and bike. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, and cook ware. Loved spending time on the deck.

Family vacation

Location, location,location! Walk to the beach, walk/bike on boardwalk right outside the door. Relax on large, covered porch & listen to the surf. Plenty of room for a large group to be together inside or out. Great time for adults & kids.

Perfect Spot

Absolutely had a blast and the location, at the very end (or beginning...) of the Ocean City Boardwalk was awesome. Lots of people watching and direct access to the beach. The house was plenty spacious and loaded with everything needed. The owner, Brad, was tremendous at staying in touch to make sure all was well. Would 100% stay again.

This is a little very, roomy house in a great location. It was perfect for a three generation family vacation. It is close to the beach and wonderfully convenient for boardwalk access for walking, running and bicycling, but close enough for s nice to walk to the commercial section. Nice little enclosed front yard for safe play for the children. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living area with a good kitchen and dining area suitable for family dinners. We hope to return next year!

Perfect Family Beach Stay for Us

The location of this property is ideal for us and our two young grandsons. Its a few short steps to the beach and right on the boardwalk so the boys can bike or just chill out on the deck and say hi to the passerby's. There are only a few steps up to get to the bedrooms which are all comfortable and the two main bedrooms with their own bathrooms. It just feels like our beach home (that we could never afford) and we love spending a few days here off season. The owner is wonderful to deal with and the process is seamless. Highly recommend!

Inner working of the property poor. Like Knobbs, fittings, Bathroom flushing, cutlery, suggest overall of the qualify of the fixatures poor. May be for the price that's what you get in this area but not what I expected from VBRO listing. Will go back again? NO

Beautiful Location

Love the location and ambiance of the unit. Best location on the boardwalk.The deck is fabulous and definately the star.Rooms are large and spacious. The interior is ready for some upgrades- especially at the price point of the rental. Dryer is really old and should be replaced. Kitchen cabinets and baths could benefit from a refresher. White Kitchen cabinets have been painted teal, but paint is wearing around the pulls and much of the white showing thru As a renter appreciate the beach tags and would be so happy to see a few additional like beach chairs and use of the bikes. Overall I think it is a beautiful property and we most enjoyed our stay. ..

Thanksgiving Holiday

Spent the Thanksgiving holiday with my family. The house is in a grat spot at the end of the boardwalk and accomodated us beautifully. We all made great memories that will stay with us forever

The house was spacious and comfortable. All rooms were clean , except the sofa, which needed some cleaning. Fun and safe place for children, which included the outdoor deck. We liked the easy access to the beach.

The property owner and the property manager were both attentive and very responsive to all requests. They are also very nice people to deal with. The property is located at the end of the boardwalk making it about a 30 second walk onto the beach. Good for boardwalk people watching from the first floor deck but no crow noise as you are at the quiet end away from commercial activity. It is an easy mile walk along the boardwalk to all the shops and restaurants. Perfect if you like the boards but don't want to be right in the thick of the crowds and noise. This was our second year in a row staying at the propery. We plan to do it again next year!

Wonderful home in great location

We had a great time. The home was spacious and comfortable. Other rentals we have had in OCNJ had just 2.5 bathrooms— the 3.5 here made all the different. Kitchen well stocked and washer/dryer were nice to have to towel rotation. The deck was wonderful. The only challenge was parking, especially when arriving on a Saturday. I recommend relaxing on the small deck facing Wesley and scoping out the parking spots across the street — you can jump over and grab a spot when you see it open up. There is a handicapped spot right in front of the house. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home!
