This fabulous 2 story apartment with 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), den/TV room/additional sleeping area, gourmet kitchen, living room, designated parking spot and spacious deck offers rustic yet modern sophistication and comfort with river views from most every room.
It is our great pleasure to share this truly one of kind experience with you. Come for the biking/walking trails, great food, coffee shops, art and music festivals, pottery tours, shopping, fall colors, and boating. It's a perfect place to stay if you're in town for a wedding as well! We entirely love this building, Stillwater and the beautiful St. Croix River Valley and think you will too!

Important things to note:
There are 29 steps to get up to the apartment and an additional 14 steps up to the bedrooms and bathroom. (No elevator)
No smoking of any kind inside or outside on the deck of the property. Plenty of parks, benches and trails to enjoy while smoking.
No events or parties.
No pets. Sorry. 😕
Please note, at one time this building was used to store grain and may not be a good choice for those with certain allergies.
Please note, the owner's dog has stayed here occasionally.
While we do allow children, please note that this entire space is not child-proofed. There are many steps/stairs, sharp corners on a glass table, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: If you need/want space for more guests we do have South Bin adjacent to this property. It sleeps a maximum of 3 guests. There are two condos in the Commander - Stillwater so you'd have the space to yourselves!
