Rental License # STR2022-11
THE SPACE Parking: Due to the location on a busy street, extra care is needed when exiting the driveway. Traffic noise: The street can get very busy/loud at times with traffic, especially on the weekends in the summertime. If you are a light sleeper we recommend having a white noise app on your phone or bringing a sound machine.
DOWNSTAIRS The large, full kitchen is recently updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully-stocked with all the equipment you need to make a home-cooked meal. You bring the food! - Drip coffee maker and french press (no keurig/pods) - Eat-in breakfast bar seats 3 - Family-style dining table seats 8 people - Coffee, tea and sugar provided - Salt/pepper and olive oil provided
Our wood-paneled parlor room has comfy couches and a smart TV to stream your favorite channels. Listen to the radio on our vintage 1961 Magnavox console. Grab a book, play a game or simply relax and chat with friends.
The "Coral Room" has an open closet for coats & clothes and a pull-out couch that serves as an additional sleep space (note: there are no doors to this room). Kid-friendly games, record player and books are in the cube storage. Access to the 1/2 bath.
**Being a quite old 2-story building, Miss Myrtle's temperature can be a little tough to regulate and she tends to be cozy upstairs and cool downstairs. During winter, we recommend bringing slippers and a comfy robe/sweatshirt to wear while hanging out downstairs. Every room has vents which can be toggled to change the airflow to your comfort.
OUTSIDE - Large back deck with outdoor patio seating available in summer - Gas grill - Grassy, fully-fenced backyard
UPSTAIRS Bedroom 1: - Large room with tuft and needle king-sized bed, 32" smart TV, desk, and full-length mirror - Spacious en suite bathroom has whirlpool tub, shower, hair dryer and a walk-in closet
Bedroom 2: - Large room with tuft and needle king-sized bed, 32" smart TV and closet - Private access to outside balcony, bistro table and 2 chairs - Connects to an adjoining bathroom with shower/tub, hair dryer and full-length mirror (this bathroom connects to the 3rd bedroom)
Bedroom 3: - Small & cozy with tuft and needle queen-sized bed, 32" smart TV & large closet - Connects to the adjoining bathroom (see details above).
Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash and makeup remover are provided in the upstairs bathrooms. Extra toiletries can be found in the Bedroom 1 closet.
Other things to note: *This home is not wheelchair accessible. *Upon Request: We have additional baby/child items such as pack-n-play, high chair, stroller and baby gates. Just let us know what you need. *This house is located on a busy thoroughfare and traffic noise should be expected.

Hi Sherri - we really appreciate taking time to leave your review! We are so happy to hear you felt at home and found the beds super comfortable. Thanks for staying!
Great location, photos are very accurate, space was clean, it is loud from the busy street but the host was very clear on that from the start. I appreciated the host clearly communicating to us in a timely fashion. She let us know Lumber Jack days was going on so it might be busier than usual. Beds were comfortable. Would recommend!
