A stylish and comfortable escape, located on our farm, 9 miles south of Durango. Apple House is the downstairs half of a large country house duplex, with its own private parking and entrance. The apple orchard is behind the house and is absolutely stunning, changing with the seasons. The house is furnished with a sumptuous collection of comfortable furnishings including all new high end memory foam type mattresses, and high quality linens. With modern style the house is a literal gallery of quality art. Apple House is quiet and relaxing with lots of southern light. Enjoy cooking on a gas range with a galley style kitchen equipped a full range of quality cookware and dinning table. We have included so many amenities; a coffee bar, electric fire place, a nice office desk in the second bedroom, and a large carpet for yoga in the primary bedroom.
