Victorian cottage built in 1894, large windows, southern exposure with lots of light. Large master, living area and kitchen. Kitchen equipped with everything a cook could desire. Large yard with picket fence. Good sized utility room where you can drop your gear. Just a few blocks from the heart of old Main St. Walk to restaurants, bars and shops. You'll love it!

A Cozy Cottage

I booked this cottage for an extended stay in Durango, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The location was perfect—several restaurants, shops, and trail systems were all within walking distance. The cottage was incredibly well-equipped with everything you could need to prepare a meal, even for a Thanksgiving feast. Mary Jo, our fantastic host, provided excellent communication throughout my stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Durango.

Absolutely Perfect!

This downtown Durango cozy cottage could not have been more perfect for our family. Our two dogs (Setters) loved the large fenced yard where they made lots of friends with people and dogs as they passed by the corner lot. The kitchen had everything we needed over the 2 months we stayed there. The master bedroom was large with a comfortable queen bed, and plenty of closet space. The new washer and dryer was great and the large laundry room was wonderful for storage. Internet was amazing, and the rental also included a printer. The owners had many streaming options for great TV viewing. They were friendly and extremely prompt in communicating with us throughout our stay. We could not have been happier with our choice to stay in this Vrbo while we searched for our new home in the Durango area. We highly recommend this property!
