New kitchen and bathrooms with this Gulf front 3 bedroom 2 baths, sleeps 6, heated pool, private balcony. Looking for an intimate spot on the gulf, this is the one.  Only 8 units.  This is a corner unit directly on the Gulf.  Large balcony overlooking the heated pool and the Gulf.  Barbecue Grill available for your use. Long walks on the Beach and gorgeous sunsets.  Bring the family plenty of room for all.  Close to restaurants, bars and shopping.  Heated Pool, Secure Elevator Building,  Flat screen TV's in Living Room and Master Bedroom, Small TV in twin bedroom, NEW GRACO Pack n Play, cable box provided, can be used with a Firestick or PlayStation. Internet, Grilling Area, Large Balcony overlooking the Gulf, Fully Furnished and Equipped.  Walk- in Shower, Jetted Tub, Stainless Steel Appliances, washer/Dryer in the unit, Granite Counters, Tile Floors, Carpet in bedrooms. Professional cleaners will prepare your unit for you and leave a starter kit of soaps, dishwasher liquid, toilet paper and washer detergent. 
Please arrive by 4 Pm and checkout by 10 Am.  Security/Damage Deposit is $300.00. 
No Pets and No Smoking in the unit, on the balcony and on premises.  Children under 12 must be supervised in the pool
2 parking spaces per unit provided.  Small to Mid-size cars preferred. Larger vehicles may not fit in the parking garage. Garage height is 6'10 "

Great location and amazing views

The condo was comfortable and roomy and the balcony provided beautiful views of the Gulf. The location was ideal and we were able to walk to restaurants and stores. Lisa was very responsive for any questions or concerns. We will be returning.

Lovely Stay at Indian Rocks Beach

If you are visiting Indian Rocks Beach, this is a lovely place to stay. The condo was just as described and the location is great! I love that this building has less than 10 units providing quiet and privacy. One nice surprise was the stairwell access off of the balcony. You can enter the condo through the front door, but there is also a stairwell access off of the beachfront balcony that makes for an easier and cleaner return from the beach/pool area. We loved this nice little surprise. Lisa was wonderful. She called me shortly after I booked the property just to touch base and answer any questions. She then called me the week before our trip to provide some check in instructions and again see if I had any questions. Lisa was even able to get us into the condo early on the day of check in. She texted to let me know the condo was ready. I have booked many properties over the years and Lisa by far has been the most communicative. We had a lovely week at Indian Rocks and would definitely return to this condo in the future.

Great location and the property was as advertised. For once, decent, firm beds too instead of something you sink into. Great layout.

Great Indian Rocks Location!

We enjoyed our stay very much however the condo is in need of a new mattress in the master bedroom. It was pretty uncomfortable. Aside from that, the view from our balcony is perfect.
