Relaxation awaits at Pyramid Point! Everything in our home is NEW! Contemporary Ashley furniture in the living room where you can relax and read or just sit and chat. Double recliner couch in the TV room where you can kick back and watch cable tv or your personal streaming services on the 65 inch smart tv. Get to work in the home office equipped with desk, chair, and printer.
If you bring along your fur baby, they will be excited to see the doggie door for access to the fully enclosed back yard! Provided memory foam dog bed, metal water/food bowls and gated side dog run, just for them. And they will love the welcome gift-treats and earth friendly poo bags .
Splash around in the refreshing pebble tech pool. Perfect size for swimming laps or floating in the sun. Grab a cold drink and sit on the bench inside the pool. Built in, jetted hot tub feeds into the pool right next door. After a day of swimming, exploring, or working in the home office, fire up the Weber gas grill with side burner and sit out on the back patio while enjoying a great dinner.
All bedrooms have new carpet, and 47-inch smart TVs equipped with cable tv. Both queen beds are memory foam, and the primary bedroom has a king size Sealey mattress.
Gorgeous granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms. 5 burner gas stove with a griddle attachment, convection oven/microwave. For the coffee lovers in your group, a Ninja Dual Brew coffee maker. Makes full carafe, pods, over ice, rich brew, and super-rich concentrate for espresso drinks. Froth cold and hot milk – no need to go out for morning coffee! Brand new pots and pans, place setting for 8 as well as unbreakable dishes and drinkware to take outside without worry.
While relaxing or dining under the tongue and groove pine patio under dual ceiling fans, be sure to keep an eye out for quail, lizards and javelina on the hill behind the house. They are so much fun to spot!

We are a fun-loving casual couple who LOVE Oro Valley! Someday we hope to live in the area, but for now we live in Central Oregon. We are excited to share this home with you, your family, friends and fur babies!
Why they chose this property
Our house is classy yet comfortable. We want you to feel welcome and at home. The pool is absolutely amazing - you won't want to leave. It's so close to dining, shopping, everything you need. And you will want to venture out to see some of the tourist areas - Tombstone, Mt. Lemmon and downtown Tucson are some of our favorites.
