Private Dock - Ground Floor - Poolside - Walk to the Beach

On Grand Lagoon, this condo was completely remodeled in the spring of 2003 using earth tones to give you the feeling of being right at home. The kitchen was remodeled in 2013 with modern appliances and a new counter top with back splash. The pool is right out the back door with a view of the boat dock and Grand Lagoon. The rich decor, covered patio, close proximity to the pool and boat dock, make this rental a must for fishermen, divers, boating enthusiasts and sun worshipers. The emerald colored shore with sugar white beaches is 300 meters away.

The master bedroom has a private bath, king size bed, 45" smart TV with remote and a clock radio. Two more people can sleep on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and take over the 1/2 bath down the hall.

The dining area seats four, and is separated from the kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats two. On the patio, there is seating for four.

A fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, cook top range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, refrigerator with ice maker, place settings for eight and a new set of pots and pans.

This beautiful earth tones condo also includes a stack able washer and dryer, stereo tuner with CD player, LED TV with remote, cable, and 55" smart TV.

For our long term winter time guests, the condo features extra closet and storage space.

This is a great place to stay. Very quiet. Close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable. If you draw the short straw and get the fold out couch, just know it's a typical fold out with bars that poke you while you sleep.

Kevin was a very nice host. He was very accessible and qiuck to respond. The condo was just as advertised. It was very clean. It had everything we needed for a short weekend stay. Will definitely try to stay again when we come to PCB. Thanks Kevin for being a great host.

Stayed there and celebrated,my 61 Birthday, with my daughter’s and my granddaughter and it was an amazing place. Close to everything, beach was a few minutes away, Pool right in front of the condo omg I love it...Very clean Condo , kitchen was heavily equipped to cook meals. And Amanda the housekeeper was extremely helpful. We will be returning. It was a really really nice place away from home..

Everything you need nice place

Property itself is exactly what is advertised. A nice place and had beach and fishing supplies. Kitchen well stocked with housewares. Check in information could be given sooner. Messaging with the host via vrbo app was not timely. Gate code to the pool and dock didn't work but we had plenty of other things to do. Overall a great stay.

Loved that it was convenient and close to everything including the beach!!! You could walk or even drive across there was public beach parking which was wonderful! Beautiful pool and pond out the back door! Amanda had the place smelling amazing when we walked in everything was very clean :)! Hope to be back soon!! I would suggest maybe a tea jug lol we went to 3 different stores and couldn’t find one??!!! How crazy is that?! But we made it work we had to have our good ole sweet tea fix :) thank you Kevin and Theresa for a wonderful cozy place !

Perfect spot in PCB.

We are two retired men (neighbors) from SC meeting a local friend for some fishing. This condo is the best in the best location. It is clean and well stocked with all the necessities and home touches. And the pool is right outside the back door porch!

Annual mother daughter trip

I can't say enough great things about the condo. I was afraid I was going to miss not being on the beach, but the condo was so homey I forgot all about it. You are steps away from the pool and in Aug/Sept we were the only ones there until about 4p, which was around the time we were headed in. The kitchen is extremely stocked with every pot/pan you could need. The mattress was also great, no sore back in the morning. The only drawback I have, is the toilets are older and super low to the ground. My older somewhat handicapped mother was with me and it was hard for her to get up. Other than that, I would rent this place again.

Amazing!!!

Great property with everything you need for home away from home. Kevin was wonderful to deal with. The gated community was clean and has many amenities within walking distance. The only thing we would advise is to be aware to get to the beach you do have to cross a main intersection. Overall would highly recommend.

Just what we needed

My husband and I stayed there for two weeks. We took our boat. The dock is first come first serve but we were able to get a slip for our entire stay. That was just the best!! The unit is right in front of the pool and you can see the dock from the unit. The host was great and accommodating. The unit was clean and very comfortable.

The place is a little dated, however, it was very clean. The host were easy to contact. It’s within walking distance to a lot of things to do, beach and restaurants. The Pool and personal dock just outside your patio door. Great location, great price. I would definitely stay there again..

Amazing location!

The pool was literally steps away. We could watch the kids from the back porch or even inside which was so nice. There were plenty of restaurants around including an amazing Mexican place within walking distance from the parking lot. The hosts were quick to respond to any issues we had and were very friendly. All in all a fantastic stay!

As advertised

A/C was in but never cooled the condo. The patio had also been painted apparently so painting supplies were everywhere on the patio and plastic was draped over the glass doors. Temporary problem. Other than that, as advertised and would stay again

We purchased this property after traveling to Panama City to fish offshore. The boat dock was the primary reason to purchase this unit so we can tie up our boat just steps from the back door without having to go to the boat ramp every day.
