Future tenants should know:
Property is two units (A and B) with one unit on the lower level and one on the upper level. Property details list washer and dryer and designated parking spot, but washer and dryer are shared in the garage with other tenant and parking spot is one of two in the shared garage which is a tight squeeze.
Pros:
*Spacious property
*Comfortable beds and pillows
*Updated interior
*Excellent location (2 minute walk to sand)
*Parking available (street parking but easy to find)
*Well stocked home (kitchen/beach towels/bedding)
Cons:
*If in bottom unit, noise level from upstairs tenants is substantial.
*No in-unit washer/dryer (shared)
*Difficult and shared designated parking spot in garage.
*Two units- close quarters with other tenant.
*No clear instructions on how to enter property from property management “Vacasa”. (no email delivered day before- could not get in without reaching out to property management)
*No locking front door. (Property management alerted immediately, but never arrived to property to fix digital door lock which resulted in an unsecured property and possessions for the entirety of the stay (4 days). Door locks from inside, but is easily unlocked from outside even after turning deadlock.)
*Limited toiletries (One travel size shampoo and conditioner per bathroom)
