Everything about the place was as advertised. Great location and amenities and the group loved the accommodations. Would stay here again next year if available.
House is spacious, easily fit 8 of us with loads of common area to chill. 20min or so distance to copper and a-basin, probably even closer to Breckenridge.
Most necessities met but just barely. Everything was second hand stuff, namely kitchen supplies, or limited supplies, like only 2 small kitchen towels and limited bath towels (strictly one towel per person). Nevertheless, we enjoyed the space and our family/friends time was great.

Spacious, good location and good price
Plenty of room for 5 of us. Master bedroom had a huge closet and bathroom. Bottom floor was also very large and comfortable. The two other bedrooms were smaller but served their purpose. Garage was great with plenty of room for 2 vehicles as well as room for anothe 2 in the driveway. Less than a mile from downtown Frisco and the Adventure Center. 10-15 min drive to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. The place is a little dated but I’ll take an older place with plenty of space any day over a newer small place. Good price for the 5 of us. Only wish was for a hot tub but other than that great place.

Thank you for your detailed review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed your spacious accommodations, convenient location, and reasonable pricing. We appreciate your understanding regarding the dated aspects of the property and are glad it didn't detract from your overall experience. While we don't have a hot tub, we're thrilled that everything else met your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we hope to welcome you back soon for another great stay!
Overall, the stay was great. The property is in a fantastic location. The beds are perfect for up to 8 people (we had 6) with quite good mattresses for a rental. The kitchen is well stocked, especially for a rental. The management company was super nice and friendly and tried to be responsive. The only snafus we had were that the dishwasher was leaking the entire time of our stay (over a week) and they could not fix it. They promised a break on the price, but even after a week after reporting it, we do not have the refund (or timing on when we might receive it). In addition, one set of shower doors were not working and it took over 4 days to fix. Finally, the walk/access to the front door was not shoveled, which made it difficult especially for workers, like housekeeping, to access the door because it was so icy.

Hi Maria. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the fantastic location and found the beds and kitchen well-suited for your group.
I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay, particularly with the leaking dishwasher and the delay in fixing the shower doors. I understand how frustrating that must have been. I want to assure you that a refund has been processed for the inconvenience, and you should see it reflected in your account shortly.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the access to the front door, and I will pass this along to our team to ensure it’s addressed for future guests.
Thank you again for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
This house is definitely a rental: beat up cabinetry and blinds and second hand furniture. The couch was out of a victorian era style-wise and old and gross. The shower door in one of the bathrooms was broken (doesn't slide) and there's no battery in the upstairs ceiling fan remote, and no other way to use it. The garage door worked inconsistently, and we had to close it manually. I gave 3 stars because in spite of it all, it was clean and worked well for our group, though nothing special - like an expensive 3-star quality hotel. We were in Frisco to bike, and we appreciated the location next to the bike path and the quiet neighborhood (though right next to busy highway 9 which you could hear). I was able to get into the property early and contacted Vacasa immediately for a battery for the ceiling fan remote, and though they said they'd address it, they never did. The non-response is more significant than the battery itself. Nothing charming or personal about this VRBO (like other properties I have stayed in), but did the job.

We truly appreciate you letting us know about the broken shower door, the ceiling fan remote battery, and the garage door inconsistency. We understand how frustrating it must have been, especially when your request for the battery replacement wasn’t fully addressed.
We are glad to hear that the home was clean and suited your group’s needs, and that the location worked well for your biking plans. Nice place for a family
This is a great house for a family. Plenty of room and the room downstairs with the bunk beds and couch and tv is perfect for kids. It was a quick easy walk to Main Street with the path right up from the house. Would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay during a recent family ski trip. Only complaint was with the quality of the cookware. After long days on the slopes, we do a lot of cooking and the pots/pans available at this condo weren’t the best. Big picture, ours is a small complaint. Otherwise, we recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Basic condo
Convinenient location. Held expected amount. Very dated, could use paint. Floors, fixtures, and furniture were shabby. Porch unusable from snow and steps need shoveling
