This house can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. All six of the bedrooms boast comfy beds and flat-screen Smart TVs to ensure a great stay for everyone.

The primary suite is on the main floor and features a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom. .

The second and third bedrooms are both located on the second floor and feature king beds.

The remaining three bedrooms are on the third floor. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both boast comfy king beds and direct access to the private balcony, while the sixth bedroom is outfitted with a twin-sized bunk bed.

If you have additional guests or simply prefer to spread out a little bit more, the couches in the living rooms can be converted into beds to be used as additional sleeping areas.

You'll never have to wait around for too long for your turn in the bathroom. This spacious home features three full bathrooms plus an additional half bath. All three full bathrooms are stocked with a starter supply of basic toiletries, fresh towels, and hair dryers for your convenience. The first bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom on the first floor and features a large walk-in shower, a double vanity, and a luxurious soaking tub. There is also a convenient half bath located on the main floor off the main living room. The second full bathroom sits on the second level and boasts a shower/tub combo and a double vanity. The third bathroom is on the third floor and has a shower/tub combo.

The full kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up delicious home-cooked meals. The stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, and collection of essential cookware and spices are sure to please the designated chef of your group. Caffeine lovers will appreciate the fully-stocked coffee bar in the mornings. Once you're ready to eat, you can sidle up to the kitchen island (seating for two) or eat as a big group at the large dining room table (seating for ten). In addition to the main kitchen on the first floor, there is a small kitchenette on the second level with a mini fridge, microwave, and sink - perfect for preparing snacks or popcorn for a movie night! There are two different living rooms - one spacious lounge on the first floor and one on the second. Both are equipped with comfortable couches and flat-screen Smart TVs. The upper-level living room has a Ms Pac-Man/Galaga arcade console and a kitchenette with a milkshake bar, mini fridge, bar sink, and microwave.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

Guests can get outside and enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine on two private balconies located on the second and third levels of the home. Both balconies have comfortable seating areas - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing with a good book. There is a BBQ off the main level so you can grill your favorite foods.

In addition to the home's private outdoor space, you're welcome to enjoy the private community amenities, including the resort's zero-entry, lagoon-style resort pool (heated during peak seasons). If you prefer the white sand beaches to the pool, you can hop on the free shuttle that transports guests between the resort and the beach. Please note that this shuttle is only available during peak times (more info below).
