Two additional guest rooms provide comfortable accommodations, while a flexible bunk space is ideal for kids or additional guests. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Your check out time will be 10:00am. 1. Please take with you or throw away all grocery items. 2. Please bag all your trash and put into the trash cans outside.
3. Hand wash all pots and pans. Please dry and put away. 4. Turn off all appliances, leave them clean and RUN dishwasher. 5. Turn off lights and fans. 6. Make sure sand spills are removed from home.
7. Return all remotes to their respective locations. 8. Place all towels in a bathtub or shower. 9. Close and lock all doors. 10. Please text your check out time to 214-502-7355.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music after 11:00pm
