Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath fenced in backyard including a 1 car garage. Tucked-away location close to the Cumberland river, walkable pet friendly neighborhood same exit as the grand ole opry. The neighborhood is great for walking, biking, running and more. free cumberland river boating entrance. There are also great running trails and dog parks nearby, such as the Greenway, Lock Two and Two Rivers parks, and Two Rivers dog park. Less than a 5 minute drive to Opry Mills mall, and 15-20 minutes to downtown Nashville. The house comes with all utilities included, such as WIFI, electric, pest control, trash, yard care, etc.
Small Pets are allowed (up to 50Ilbs) with pet deposit & rent.
