This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin-over queen bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. It features two private balconies and a private laundry. Granite countertops in the kitchen and radiant floor heating. Just a few minutes walk to the Snowflake lift or to the heart of downtown Breckenridge. You can also grab a bus with a stop conveniently located on either side of Four O'clock Road. Pine Ridge amenities include two hot tubs. This vacation rental comes with one dedicated parking spot, that is the only parking that is guaranteed.
This second floor walk-up has an entryway with mounted hooks, a closet, and a storage bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The spacious living area features ample furniture, a large flat screen TV, hardwood floors, and a gas fireplace. The sofa pulls out into a bed. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just through out the door where you can enjoy the alpine air.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The first of two full bathrooms is near the living area. It features a shower/tub combination and a single sink vanity. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and a sitting area. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a flat screen TV.
Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

The accommodations are beautiful and a short walk to downtown and shops. Beds were very comfortable and the heated floors in the bathrooms were such a treat on cold days. The kitchen had everything you could need. We will definitely love to stay here again.
Had a great stay, excellent location. Walked down to the snow sculptures and down to Main Street for food and shopping. Very short drive to the ice skating rink and visited the Breckenridge troll sculpture. Had a skier with us who could ski pretty much right back to the condo. We rode the free gondola from town just for the heck of it and had lunch at the top (Robbie’s has some good grub and drinks). Hot tub was nice, closest one was closed for maintenance but still had another to access. 15 min from the Frisco Adventure park for tubing and 25 min drive to see the ice castles and visit the Dam Brewery in Dillion. Long story short, it was a nice place and lots to do near by for winter lovers! Loved having the well stocked kitchen, heated bathrooms floors and fireplace.
Great location, accurate listing and clean property. Only issues were only one working key card and very limited hot water. Short easy walk to town!

Beautiful condo in a perfect location to walk everywhere. We loved it.
Loved our stay. Had everything we needed for a successful Thanksgiving dinner. Would def stay there again. Location is great to the downtown area of Breck.
Condo was clean and comfortable. It is 2 - 3 blocks from center of downtown. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything is just as described. We had a mechanical issue and it was taken care of by management company the same afternoon.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays.
