This listing is for BOTH sides of the duplex, so you will have TWO 2-bedroom (KING beds), 1-bathroom units, each with their own kitchen and living space! Each side has it's own unheated pool and courtyard! And, best of all, you will be just steps from all the amazing sites our Southern city has to offer!
The Space:
Enjoy all of the charm of old world Savannah in our downtown cottage, while still having all of modern comforts and amenities! PERFECT for two families traveling together or a larger group! This listing is for BOTH sides of the duplex, so you will have TWO 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condos, each with their own kitchen and living space! Each side has it's own unheated pool and courtyard! And, best of all, you will be just steps from all the amazing sites our Southern city has to offer!

Our number one recommendation? Explore Savannah on foot! The city is very walkable and SO scenic! With all the squares, history, and culture, we definitely think a slow Southern stroll is the best way to get around. Not your speed? Don’t worry! There are ample Ubers, pedicabs, and bike rental options available as well! AND Savannah has recently started offering a FREE trolley shuttle that makes navigating all other downtown super easy and quick!
Other Things to Note:
You may either park your vehicle right on the street out front or on the nearby side streets if you prefer (E Harris or E Charlton). There are typically plenty of spaces available and it is free on the one side of E. Harris and the one side of E. Charlton. The metered parking spaces are free after 5 PM until 8 AM and Sunday all day.
