The newly renovated, air-conditioned four-bedroom private house offers all the best of Princeville in Kauai.

Sit on the lanai and breath in the fresh Kauai air and take in the beautiful Ocean view. Whale watching in season. If you look closely, you may see dolphins going by! Or go for a short hike to the gorgeous Sealodge beach.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and the garden is great for lounging or grilling on the BBQ.

The space:
The open floor plan invites entertaining and relaxing. The fully equiped kitchen is a chef's dream with the oversized fridge and freezer, Bertazzoni gas range, Microwave drawer, mahogany cabinetry and granite kitchen counters.

The house has 4 bedrooms each one with en-suite bath. The 2 master suites upstairs offer ocean views, soaking tubs and lanai to enjoy the ocean views. Separate AC controls for both floor of the house!

The downstairs has 2 more bedrooms. One with queen size bed and another with two single beds. Separate AC control for the downstairs area.

The spacious living room opens to the back lanai to enjoy the outdoor and indoor at the same time. We have a bbq in the back yard for your cooking needs.

Please don’t wear shoes in the house and clean your feet from the sand before going inside.
No loud noise after 9pm. No events in the house. Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property.

Had a wonderful stay at this Princeville home. Beautiful property, neighborhood and view. The home was large (huge master, but all rooms were very generous) and well appointed. We enjoyed the beach supplies (chairs, umbrella and cooler). We also loved being close to Hanalei Bay…amazing!!! Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect home for our family vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this Princeville home for our family vacation on Kauai! It has all the amenities we needed, is super clean and beautifully appointed, and is well located near beaches and Hanalei. Rosie is super attentive and answered all my questions before and during our stay.

Several members of our extended family came to Kauai to celebrate a big family event, and Rosi was kind enough to welcome us into her beautiful home. We were pleasantly surprised that the VRBO photos truly matched reality. Everyone loved the house from the first moment!The house is beautiful, very clean, and in a wonderful location, with beautiful grounds, an ocean view, sunshine, and everything we needed. Our experience with Rosi and the house was excellent.The one thing that didn't go as planned had nothing to do with the house - it was nature. We were affected by Hurricane Lowell during the first part of our stay. Rosi was incredibly helpful, caring, open, and practical before, during, and after the hurricane. She put her guests' safety and comfort first and did everything she could to help us prepare.The house proved to be new, sturdy, and reliable. We sheltered there during the hurricane and came through it extremely well, feeling safe and comfortable.The neighbors and community were also wonderful - friendly, welcoming, and helpful.In the end, we felt like more than just renters. We got to know Rosi and the community, and they became a special part of our vacation. The hurricane was not planned, but nobody regretted the experience. We experienced nature in a way that cannot be bought with money - and also the kindness of people who help each other.We look forward to returning to Princeville and Kauai. Thank you, Rosi, for making our stay so memorable!

Amazing place to stay

This was a beautiful home to stay in. , had a ton of room , great views of the ocean and a very quite neighborhood. Property owner was very responsive with any questions we had and quite lovely to talk to. I would highly recommend this rental for any family or group. We hope to visit again soon

Lovely house in Kauai

We visited during July 2022 and absolutely loved this house! Pics are accurate, home was clean and neighborhood was convenient to Hanalei Bay and nearby Foodland and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
