Golf course (9 hole) 6 km, surf school 700 m, riding stable 7 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand Bassin Arcachon 70 km, Biscarrosse 40 km, Casino Mimizan- Plage 1 km, Centre Nautique 7 km. Hiking paths: Parc naturel régional des Landes 45 km, les logements sont anciens et rustiques.

Kitchenette (1 hot plate, mini-oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (filtre) extra). Shower, sep. WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Gute Lage

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Die Ausstattung ist wenig liebevoll, eher zweckmäßig, aber alles da. Das Besteck, außer die Messer, sind blechern.

Todo perfecto

Nuestra semana de vacaciones fue inmejorable. Casa limpia, con todas las comodidades (cafetera, tostadora, horno, vajilla, plancha, tendedero...). El agua de la ducha siempre caliente y en su punto. Excelente localización, a 5 min de la playa y de la zona comercial y de restauración. Una panadería a la vuelta de la esquina, parking privado (aunque siemprr lo encontramos lleno) pero facil aparcar fuera de casa. Las camas son muy cómodas y las terrazas separadas del resto por grandes setos.

Jolie petite maison mitoyenne, assez spacieux pour ne pas être les uns sur les autres. Bien situé plage et petits commerces à proximité donc on as pas utiliser la voiture.La location correspond au descriptif.Super d avoir pu emmener mon chien avec nous tout en étant dans une bonne location, le petit bémol pas de petite barrière même amovible a placé au bout de la terrasse pour que le chien puisse être libre porte ouverte.Le personnel est top est réactifs.La locations été propre.

Très bon séjour

Maison sympa et au calme. Rien a redire sauf sur le renouvellement de certains objets (pelle de la balayette fendue, roulette de l'etendoir cassées et rouillé, chaise qui se déboitait). Nous n'avons pas réussi a nous connecter sur internet. Malgré ces tout petit désagréments, nous avons avons passé un très bon séjour. Seul bémol, pas de machine à laver et pas de laverie dans les alentours.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Tous les problèmes sont maintenant résolus. L'appartement n'a pas de machine à laver mais il y a maintenant une laverie à proximité.

Quasi parfait

Logement au calme à proximité de la plage et des rues touristiques de Mimizan Plage. Avec deux chambres, ideal pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Chaises de jardin un peu vieillissantes et odeur ponctuelle désagréable à l'extérieur le matin provenant de l'usine de plastique de la région mais rien de rédhibitoire.

Bonjour très bien placé et calme mais le ménage n'avait pas été fait avant notre arrivée donc très très dommage.

Funktional und sehr strandnah

Sehr günstig gelegen in Strandnähe und auch nur wenige Hundert Meter ins Zentrum und zur Markthalle sowie zu einem Supermarkt. Tolle Bäckerei quasi nebenan. Im Haus selbst alles da, was man benötigt. Funktional. Mit dem WLAN gab es oft Probleme, die aber zeitnah behoben wurden.
