Welcome to Paradise; Your home away from home in this Scottsdale Gem! This beautiful spacious home includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There are two separate, roomy living areas on the first floor. One is right off the kitchen where you can cozy up on the large sectional to watch the game or your favorite movie on the big screen smart TV. The other living area includes a large dining table with ample seating and a comfy couch and love seat for additional room to gather (or sleep). The first floor also includes a bedroom and bath allowing for a bit of privacy on the main floor.
The expansive master bedroom is located upstairs and includes a sizeable balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. There are two additional bedrooms and a separate full bath that offer ample space for extra guests.
The spacious backyard is your personal oasis that boasts a heated* saltwater pool, full-size hot tub, firepit, gas grill, dining area on the covered patio, citrus trees for fresh lemons and oranges, yard games, and plenty of seating to just lounge around and soak up some sun. The home is equipped with exterior blink cameras and a sensor on the sliding door for additional peace of mind during your stay.
This beautiful paradise is close to everything! When you're ready to head out, there are multiple shopping locations, premiere golf courses, breathtaking hiking trails, and an abundance of fabulous restaurants and bars. Whether you are here for a family/friends getaway, shopping spree, golf outing, or hiking trip, this is the definitely the place for you! This beautiful paradise combines a comfy home away from home feeling with the ideal location for everything!

*Please note there is a daily fee of $75/day to heat the pool. Owner requires notice seven days prior to arrival. VERY IMPORTANT: Our home does not have a lifeguard or a pool fence. Swim at your own risk. Please do not leave children unattended. We have provided an alarm at the back patio door leading to the pool as well as additional security locks. Please be sure to use.

Maximum capacity not to exceed 10 adults. Absolutely NO large gatherings are allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and comply with the Scottsdale noise ordinance which is enforced between 10pm and 7am. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

Scottsdale quiet time begins at 10pm until 7am. If it is determined you are a nuisance to neighbors, you will be required to leave without a refund.
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited! Failure to follow this house rule will result in a non-negotiable fine of $500
The pool's automatic vacuum must be left in the pool at all times to avoid damaging the unit. Failure to follow this rule will result in a fine.

This property had all the comforts of home and then some. It had a fully stocked kitchen with everything imaginable. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and practicing on the putting green. The location is great as it is so close to the shops and restaurants at the Kierland Commons.

We had a mini college reunion and enjoyed this home tremendously. There were four of us, and the house had plenty of room inside and outside. We used the mini golf green, the pool and the hot tub. The host was very responsive and accommodating. All in all a great place in a great location.

We've stayed at this Scottsdale home before and every time it is perfect. The house is spotless — everything was sparkling clean when we arrived, which made it feel immediately welcoming and comfortable. The house has plenty of space for our group, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing together.The backyard is truly a highlight. The saltwater pool was refreshing and pristine, and the private putting green added a fun touch — we had little competitions in the evenings that became a favorite part of the trip.The location couldn’t be better. We were close to golf, shopping, and great restaurants, yet the neighborhood itself was quiet and peaceful.On top of all that, the host was fantastic — very nice, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.Overall, this home has everything you could want for a Scottsdale getaway: clean, spacious, fun amenities, and a responsive host who makes the experience even better. Great family trip!

Chose this property because the house looked beautiful in the photos. I wasn’t sure where in Scottsdale we wanted to stay but this place was perfect. Near golfing for the golfers in the group, near Kierland Commons shopping for the shoppers, and a quick drive to hiking with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Can’t wait to go back!
