Located on the 2nd floor of the Foncillon residence (with lift) in the heart of Royan, facing the port, this 25m² studio enjoys an ideal location for a peaceful seaside holiday in the city centre.
No need to use your car, you can do everything on foot.
The studio is equipped with a bathroom (shower) with towel warmer, hairdryer, single sink, and integrated toilet.
A kitchenette equipped with a breakfast bar, extractor hood, two-burner cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, and kettle.
The living area has a sofa bed For 2 people (one proper double bed), a television, board games. Finally, the best feature is the 5 m² balcony offering a glimpse of the sea, furnished with outdoor furniture for reading, sunbathing, and dining in complete tranquility. A washing machine is available in the studio. The residence's rooftop terrace, with breathtaking views of the port and Grande Conche beach, is accessible to all. The residence provides a bicycle storage area (you can store your bicycles at your own risk). Parking is available on the street. Linens are not included in the price but can be provided upon request for an additional fee, as can made beds. Duvets and pillows are provided. WIFI is available, pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the property. Noise disturbances at night may result in police intervention. House rules require quiet in the Residence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This accommodation is not accessible to people with disabilities. PLEASE NOTE: Any arrival after 8:00 PM and until 10:00 PM will be charged an additional €30 on site. From 10:00 PM to midnight, the arrival fee will be an additional €50, payable on site. No departures before 6:00 AM. From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, any departure will be charged an additional €30.
