Beautiful luxury apartment, facing the sea, will welcome you in the calm heart of the city of Saint Palais sur Mer

It is located on the 3rd and last floor with elevator and a terrace covering the entire length of the apartment, very sunny (south-west exposure), equipped with 2 remote controlled blinds.

Private outdoor parking space in the residence.

Second stay at this fabulous apartment

Love the apartment, the location , views and private car parking. Excellent choice of restaurants both locally and nearby via picturesque coastal walks. Host is as always a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful apartment with sea views.

The property was spacious, well equipped, comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated. Excellent location for bars, restaurants, the beach and costal walks. Private car parking with direct access to the apartment was very good. Laurent was a pleasure to deal with, we will return.

tous qu'il faut...

un bel apart, vues de troisième étage au-dessus de mer et plage, presque les pieds dans la mer. très bien équipé et meublé, près des cafes et resto, boulanger, boucher, marché... on peut y passer un séjour calme et paisible. on reviens!

SEJOUR DE QUALITE

Emplacement idéal permettant de profiter des restaurants, boulangeries et marchés à pied. L'appartement est moderne, très bien équipé et la litterie de qualité notament le convertible (ce qui est assez rare pour être précisé). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié prendre nos repas sur le balcon.

Tres bel appartement ,,propre .bien situé ..dommage ily à un immeuble devant la terrasse …

Je reviendrai et conseille…st palais est une ville d une extrême propreté …la cote sauvage reste magique ..presque déserte et en août …l appartement est joli et fonctionnel,et le propriétaire à l écoute …dommage cette année bar et boîte fermés donc tapage nocturne ttes les nuits et ce jusqu à 6 h du matin …merci covid …avec de bonnes boules Quies on dort …ce fut malgré qq petits détails d excellentes vacances ..

Très bon séjour. Tellement bien que j'ai prolongé d'une semaine. Le propriétaire trés réactif à la moindre demande. Bel appartement, très bien situé, tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Tout les commerces et la plage à deux pas. Que du bonheur.
