A studio that is suitable for a couple or family with two/three children. Lift access over 80 cm wide. The beach of La Peguière, whose water has been qualified as of excellent quality since 2014 according to the European directive 2006/7/EC, is 50 m away, just outside the property. This sandy beach has surveillance and showers on its 100 mt length. Easy access for people with reduced mobility. A private covered parking space and bicycle storage are included in the rental price, the bus stop is only 50 m away. Also, only 10 minutes walk from the apartment is the train station of Boulouris-sur-mer to go to Monaco, Nice or Cannes or connect with the TGV to Paris.
