Perfect spot for a getaway

We loved our stay. The hosts were very responsive to questions and kind enough to allow us early check in. The condo was beautiful with incredible views. We will definitely come back!

Great stay

Very nice, great views, beach was great. GREAT communication with owners making sure everything was good. The elevator near the rental was off and on if it worked but definitely not a deal breaker. You will enjoy your stay here.

We loved staying at Pelican Beach. Everything was amazing!! The process from the beginning to the end was effortless. Condo was excellent, clean and organized. You couldn’t ask for a better host. Definitely would book this condo again!! Thanks for a memorable vacation!!!!!

Great Property

The 2 bedroom was perfect for us and we enjoyed the Pelican Beach Resort property. Chair rental was smooth. Beds were comfortable and the unit was clean and organized well.

The actual unit itself is nice and comfortable. The view is actually offset not a direct ocean view. The king bed is comfortable. My kids preferred the sofa bed over the twins. Part of your view is the jumble of the city. The hosts were thoughtful. The building itself is no where near 5 star and neither are the grounds. They really need to update the building. The pools were nice. The beach chair situation is annoying but I think that exists across the condos. Apparently people reserve the chairs the moment they arrive so at best you could probably get the back row most days which isn't worth it. You can uber around but there is literally one cross walk. Many things are nearby this area but it is not built to cross a street. There is no sidewalk in the parking lot to out to the main road for that matter. This was not our vibe generally but we had a good time. Its good for families and you can't avoid the waterpark because its across the street (its very expensive and not well maintained).

Destin week end trip

Upscale property on the beach with beautiful view. Perfect property for 2 couples or a family. On the beach and near restaurants but kitchen and dining area to allow you to eat in as well. Nicely decorated / fun / upbeat vibe very welcoming. Great place and well run. Property managers were very helpful and accessible!!! Highly recommend!!

Great property & clean condo

Owners were very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. Pelican Beach Resort was well set up for a family and had eating options on site. Great beach, although the front of the beach was blocked off for rental resort chairs (common with other complexes too). Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Overall very pleased with our stay and will be back.

Just gorgeous

The condo was beautifully-decorated, sparkling clean, and very up to date. The owners were so responsive, and went above and beyond in making the condo comfortable. The view was spectacular too. We hope to book it when we return with the family next year!

Family Spring Break

We arrived a little after check in. Process was simple. Condo was everything we were expecting. The beds were super comfortable, view was amazing. The property manager was great with communicating and answering all of our questions. Everyone in our family had fun and can't wait to go back!!!

Resort run down elevators broken down. Out of many things. Lots of cockroaches in our condo.

Perfect getaway

We had no trouble entering and getting signed into the property. The unit was pristine and had a great view of down the beach and the main drag. The bed in the master was so soft. I needed that mattress. We really enjoyed our stay. I’m anti-beach service so that was a bit of a bummer. If you didn’t pay for beach service you had to sit maybe 150’ from the beach and only had a small view of the water. We made the best of it though.

AMAZING

We were nervous about going hearing about hurricane Ian coming but so Thankful we went. I have to add that I got ahold of the owners with our worries and with no hesitation they got back to us and went above and beyond calling the locals and getting the info that we needed. The weather in Destin was still perfect to us. It was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean and the view from the room was absolutely awesome! The beach was outstanding! We will definitely book to stay here again!

Nice week in Destin

My wife and 3 kids had a great week in destin. The property is clean and nice and beautiful views from 19th floor . Elevators were fast but no AC so a little hot. Beach chairs and umbrella are 100$/day for family if 5 so we stayed at pool and walked to the beach.. would definitely recommend location and Barry was very attentive to every question.
