Relax and enjoy this freshly painted, newly furnished and spacious ground floor 1500+ sq. ft. end unit condo with serene water views. With no stairs, you can walk right in to this 3 bedrooms (King, King, 2 Twin XLs), and 2 bathrooms open floor oasis located in the desired West Lake Gardens of St. Andrews Park in Plantatio Golf and Country Club community. Close to beautiful beaches and historic downtown Venice.
BEDROOMS
Enjoy water views from both the master bedroom and living areas. The master bedroom is furnished with a brand new beautyrest mattress, television, walk in closet and private bathroom with a shower and double vanity.
The 2 additional rooms are located on the opposite side of the condo. The second king bedroom features the same brand new beutyrest mattress as the master along with a tv to stream your favorite shows. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin extra long beutyrest beds and a gorgeous build in desk and work station equipped with a printer.
LIVING AREA/KITCHEN
The kitchen is opened to the dinning room and has a cozy breakfast nook. The living room has a coastal theme and opens to the Florida Room with sliding glass doors on both sides to enjoy the incredible views. There is also a wrap around patio over looking the lake.

There is a detached 1 car garage with enough space in front for 1 additional vehicle.

There are 3 community pools that you have access to and a clubhouse with a grill and calendar of activities.
