Our totally renovated, pristine villa, provides a multitude of pleasing features including a large, bright, open living space with a 55 inch smart TV with voice control remote. Double glass sliders lead to a large patio with outdoor furniture, attractive flowers and an unobstructed view of the golf course. Our living room boasts a reclining sofa and three single recliners for relaxing while watching TV or reading. Adjoining the living room and kitchen is a dining area with an attractive table that seats six. Floors are covered with large diagonal tile with the exception of carpeting in the bedrooms. The kitchen features an open concept with breakfast bar, custom cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash, recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the utensils any cook needs. A kitchen slider opens to the new screened lanai, with remote control light and fan, that provides enjoyable dining al fresco while watching wildlife and golfers. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, TV for your enjoyment, ensuite bathroom with two vanities and walk in shower. The attached den is a perfect spot for your computer or for reading. The guest bedroom has twin beds and access to the adjacent second bathroom. Both bedrooms have sliders to a private patio and all rooms have ceiling fans. Access to the laundry/storage room with a washer and dryer is through the den. Linens, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach buggy, cooler, and bikes are provided for your enjoyment. Short walk to the heated community pool. There are weekly and monthly social activities at the pool. Many beautiful public beaches, with free parking, are within a 15-minute drive as well as several public golf courses. Venice features wonderful restaurants, parks, Venice theater, Venice Performing Arts Center, Venice Community Center, free concerts in the Gazebo in downtown Venice, fishing off the Venice pier and boutique shopping. We are a ten minute drive from Cool Today Stadium for the Atlanta Braves Baseball Spring Training. The stadium features a lovely Tiki bar and different musical entertainment throughout the year.
