Welcome to Leeward II-5, a great beach-front condo on the south side of Scenic 30A! With a King master, and 2 hall bunks you can sleep up to 4 guests. The joining bathroom is great with an in-unit washer/dryer. Centrally located, you can spend your mornings on the beach and afternoons exploring the great shops and restaurants along beautiful 30A by bike or by car. Leeward II-5 is perfect for a couple or small family looking to get away for a week at the beach or a romantic getaway.

Max Occupancy: 4 guests Minimum Age to Book: 25 years (No Exceptions) Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT and check-out at 9:00 AM CDT PARKING: 1 standard size vehicle (No overflow parking available) Rental Agreement: Must sign prior to arrival or entry will be denied Starter Pack: Includes 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack KITCHEN: Equipped with standard appliances & Keurig coffee maker. Bikes/Golf Carts: Not included, but can be rented for an additional fee. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas: Available for rent at the beach area for an additional fee.
Condo Layout
The condo is located on the second floor of the building. It is a 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom. The king master bedroom has a flat screen TV and adjoins to the full bathroom. There are a set of two twin bunk beds in the hallway just off the foyer. The bunks are not in a separate room, they are in a nook in the hallway. The kitchen is located at the rear of the condo facing south to the Gulf of Mexico.

The community of Seagrove Beach offers tons of outdoor activities for guests to enjoy. There are numerous bike and hiking trails, great shops and restaurants, and access to world famous Gulf of Mexico beaches. Situated only 1.5 miles from Leeward II is the historic community of Seaside, FL. This property does not have an elevator. Walking up & down stairs is required. Sorry, no pets allowed No monthly rental discounts Minimum renter age is 25 years old - No exceptions. This is a non-smoking property. No Smoking in the home, on the balconies, around the pool areas or at any common areas throughout the neighborhood. This includes vaping or the use of any drugs, medicinal or not. No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms. Guests must sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. No RV's, trailers, watercraft or large vans are permitted. Overflow parking is not available so please plan accordingly. Note – This property may have date restrictions that apply. All reservations submitted online are a request until receiving an email confirmation from SoWal Luxury Properties.
Good Neighbor Policy
This is a family oriented neighborhood, not a party home. Any vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. If we receive any complaints of excessive noise, disturbances, parties, any violation of the HOA rules, or learn of law enforcement being called to the residence, you will be evicted from the home and will forfeit all deposits associated with your reservation.

This as the first trip with just my husband and I in 7 years. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised with the condo & how clean it was. The private beach was AMAZING, no crowd, no issues or lack of space. Just peace & quiet that we are definitely not used to. This was exactly what I was hoping for and we were not disappointed at all! We are going back as soon as possible!
We had a great experience with our stay! It was me and my wife’s 1st wedding anniversary & all the accommodations locally were great! Not far from some great restaurants & attractions!

The location of the condo was great, the beach is amazing, and everyone was very friendly. The manager was very attentive to anything that we needed. The only recommendation I would make is to get at least 2 beach chairs and a few beach towels for renters to use. It was also a plus having a washer and dryer in our unit!
Kitchen could use some better cookware and definitely more eating utensils. But the condo was very clean, upgraded and very nicely and tastefully furnished. We loved it and will be back for sure.

We enjoyed being right on the beach and being able to walk to a few of our dinners this week. Only complaints we have which we know you can’t help is the people above us stomped around a lot keeping us up. I know we were here for the beach but we wanted to watch movies at night and AirPlay to tv screen but the wifi was so slow we were unable to watch for very long or load anything on our phones.
This was the perfect condo for me, my husband, and 10 year old daughter. The view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous! We had a few hiccups with the internet connection while trying to watch TV at night, but it sorted itself out, The team I kept in contact with were so nice and helpful. I would totally stay here again.

Thanks for the great review. Internet can be patchy in this part of town due to limited infrastructure nearby. This is slowly improving though.
We had THE best time in Seagrove!!! The rental was perfect as far as accommodations and proximity to the beach. Loved the private beach access and the available chair/umbrella service!! This stretch of 30A is more manageable for driving if you need to make a quick run to Publix. The overall process was super easy from start to finish. Also loved the keypad door entry which meant we didn’t have to carry a key to the beach!
This unit was delivered as advertised…right on the beach with a wonderful view of gulf in front of you. Unit 5 is a true gem amongst the other jewels in the area. Equipped with great amenities (and a very good air conditioner), we were as comfortable here as we are in our own homes.
We have stayed at nearby condominiums in the past, only to be disappointed to find that many now require a weeklong reservation and exorbitant fees attached, but not this one…the management company appeared eager to please and accommodated our every need as if we had stayed there a hundred times before. We will return next year!

Property was not as advertised. Pics make property look better than reality. There was no wifi, cable TV, no kitchen towels, limited eating utensiles, some kitchen lighting not working.

Michael,
We’re sorry the WiFi and Cable was not working for part of your stay. As we mentioned several times, the internet for the entire street (multiple homes and condominiums affected) went out due to a network issue with the service provider.
With it being a holiday (Thanksgiving) the cable company was not able to send anyone out.
It’s disappointing you felt the need to blast us with a terrible review given the fact that several of our staff members spent countless hours trying to help you. From the service ticket notes, some of them even went the extra mile spending time away from their own families on Thanksgiving to try and help you, but instead got yelled at and treated poorly.
We understand vacations are suppose to be hassle free, but occasionally things due break that are beyond our control. In the future, have a little patience and respect for the people working to accommodate you.
