The owners have undertaken a complete renovation of this building steeped in history, taking care to preserve its soul while providing every modern comfort. Every detail has been carefully thought out, in a spirit of respect for the place and conviviality: you'll immediately feel the love they've put into it.

The house is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
