A bit off the beaten path...in the coastal surf community of Isabela, Fusion Beach Villas 2 acre oceanfront oasis is a beach and nature lovers dream come true. Our exceptional location and unique architectural design bestow comfort, environmental harmony and a sense of universal peace to all who visit.

Studio LOFT listed here, located on the top floor, is equipped with a kitchen, 1/2 size refrigerator, stovetop, coffee machine, microwave. Studio has ample natural lighting, high ceilings, split unit A/C, ceiling fan, 32" flat screen TV w/netflix & Roku, loveseat, pull out workspace table, a queen bed, and a double bed (this is a murphy bed that pulls out of the wall as needed).

Two sets of double glass doors open out from the studio onto your own, private oceanfacing balcony equipped with a table and 2 chairs for dining outdoors.

Guests staying at Fusion Beach Villas may lounge in one of multiple outdoor areas on the property, all designed in harmony with nature to enhance peace, relaxation and a general sense of well-being. Most popular is our shaded 20x30' backyard terrace area next to the large flamboyan tree. Here you will also find an outdoor rain shower w/custom mural, bathroom, BBQ, swing, hammock and picnic areas.

This villa is located on 2 acres of lush, private oceanfront property 1/2 mile west of popular Jobos beach in Isabela, PR. There are four villas on the property: three are available for short term rental; owner lives on the ground floor where you will also find Fusion Floral Art, a boutique flower shop.

A wooded landscaped path leads you to our own private beach right behind Fusion Beach Villas. From here, you can walk to popular Jobos Beach (7-8 minute walk) and surf, swim, eat lunch or dinner, sip cocktails at the bar or simply lounge on the beach and watch the surfers and action.

Take fun selfies or group pics in front of one of the 3 vibrant custom murals commissioned on the property. In October, a large 16' tepee was erected on the beach out back adding yet another picture perfect spot for your selfies and group pics. This majestic 16' high bamboo tepee marks the entrance from the beach to our property and is a great spot to practice meditation and/or yoga. Or simply sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean, birds and natural surroundings.

We are a local woman-owned & managed property with boutique accomodations that each sleep 2-4 people. Combined the 3 vacation villas on the property sleep 6-10 people.

Elaine was wonderful. Room and property was clean and relaxing. Great view of ocean. Populated beach 10 minutes to the right for drinks and food. Walking down the beach to the left for 2 hours. Encountered 3 people. Best of both worlds.

Beautiful Place

The accommodations are bigger then the pictures show. Plenty enough room for the two of us. The property grounds are even more beautiful in person.Enjoyed the private beach and short distance to restaurants.Highly recommend!

I am not sure where to begin. Elaine, is an incredible attentive host. Not only are the attention to details obvious, it's that she truly cares about her guests. She called me the day of my arrival to make everything was going okay. My flight had been cancelled due to the storm and wanted to make sure everything was okay. Due to the two day change in my arrival, she was also very flexible in supporting some changes. Her response time for questions was excellent from beginning to end.Now the location! To say this place is special is an understatement. The decor is elegantly simple and reflects the spirit of the property. One of the things that drew me to the location was that it is a nature preserve and she is working hard to make sure there is a balance of comfort in the villas but also an awareness of how we all impact our environment. (so sorry for the styrofoam cooler puchase...such an ice girl) The villas are beautiful and comfortable as well as welcoming. So nice to be in a space where you don't have to worry about loud evenings.I'm an introvert so crowds can be a challenge for me, This location was a perfect combination for me so I could be secluded or choose to walk to Jobo's to swim, eat and drink. I did choose to drive a few times but it's such a simple and beautiful walk I did that most of the time. I can't wait to visit you again, Elaine. You have created such a special space and I want to thank you for sharing it with travelers. Blessings, Terry

Great Loft

The loft was perfect for me and my wife. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything. The property was perfect and was walking distance to Jobos beach and a more remote section of beach. Would definitely like to come back.

Thanks for a wonderful visit Elaine. The villa was clean and we enjoyed our time on the island. She even bought us a new fan when there was an island wide power outage and kept the generator running so we had electricity.

Perfect getaway

Woke up to the sunrise on our balcony. Great views. Amazing location for surf centrally located between many spots. Awesome backyard with cool trail that leads down to the beach. Couldn’t ask for much more we will be back!

Lovely seaside retreat

Absolutely lovely. Very comfortable studio space with a wonderful balcony. The trail to the beach is magical. Several nice places to sit and unwind. Great out door shower to remove sand. We would gladly stay again.

Great place to stay in Isabela

Spent a week in this charming little home on the beach. It was perfect for us! Great location! All we needed within short distance. Fun little 3 minute path to the beautiful beach through some lush forest. Host is welcoming and generous, and just the right amount of communicative with helpful tips and advice. Wonderful Visit!

We stayed 4 days here, using the location to check out the surrounding beaches and surf at Jobos. Jobos beach is about a 5-10 minute walk down the road or beach. We couldn’t get in the water directly attached to the property due to seaweed which apparently is not common. The grounds are so lovely. There is a great outdoor shower and comfortable places to sit to enjoy the outdoors. We were on the 2nd floor which gave us a seaview from the balcony. It did get hot on it during the day with no shade. We went to many different beaches in the area to snorkle. Crash Boat beach was the best but go early. There are many delicious restaurants and food trucks within walking distance (just note there are no sidewalks). We would stay here again as the room was clean, had what we needed and was very comfortable. I especially appreciated the beach chairs which were in very good condition.

Beautiful view from the 2nd floor studio!

Easy to find as I drove from San Juan to Isabela. Jobs Beach is within walking distance. Elaine was very helpful and attentive. My only concern was the small roaches in the kitchen whichI know are common on the island. Definitely kept all food in the fridge the entire stay!

Cute Villa Room

It was very pleasant staying here. I honestly had a totally wrong idea where it was located when I booked it but that's on me. This is great for a couple. We had a good time . Area super quiet and peaceful and well maintained all around. There's a cute short path all the way to the ocean. We weren't crazy bout the bed I think that's in need of an upgrade. Overall great option to be close to Jobos beach

Great location

Loved the area- great location, beautiful beaches, and wonderful rabbit empanadillas close by. Close quarters in the room, and the beds are creaky/old Enjoy the property because it is gorgeous and the trail to the beach super easy. Grounds are not lit/extremely dim so after sundown we were always left wanting to enjoy it more. Communication was fabulous and we had no issues. Can’t wait to visit again! Szzz

Relaxing in a private environment

Great small but cozy room with everything we needed. We were able to meet the owner and she was courteous and gave us information about the area. The only thing not completely satisfied was the air conditioner in the room only got cool but not cold. The walk to the beach was like a adventure ending with your own little area of beach. Awesomeness!

Jobos loft

Great location on Jobos beach, but we found the road noise challenging. This is a very busy road, and the traffic never seems to end. The bed is a full size, and could use an upgrade. Dishes and glassware are minimal. Elaine was great, and we would consider staying here again.

Fusion Beach Villas

Elaine was very nice. The units very clean. What was a bit challenging for someone who lives in the country at the end of a dirt road was proximity to a busy road and associated road noise. My othe recommendation would be an upgrade to the wi-fi which was pretty spotty. I liked the proximity to the beach and the fact that the property is within walking distance to Jobos.

Air conditioning

Unfortunately we had to leave the property after the first night because the power went out and back up power plant did not work. We could not spend a second night without air conditioning in tropical weather in the 99s. Elaine, the owner, was very responsive and understanding. She refunded us for the 2 nights and we found alternate accommodations.

Hi everyone! My name is Elaine and I live on site with my cat, Myla. I grew up all over the place: born in England and lived in Michigan, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, Guam, Florida, Virginia, Georgia. I love all water sports and feel blessed to live here where I can be as active or as lazy as I like. Some days, I take long walks on the beach and other days I surf, windsurf or snorkel / dive (depending on the conditions and my mood). Isabela is magical coastal community with friendly locals and statesiders who live, work, and or vacation here. We love Isabela and welcome you to explore this corner of the island of enchantment.

Why they chose this property

I first visited the beaches of Isabela with my grandparents when I was 3 years old. I knew then that one day I would live & work here. Realization of my dream began a decade ago with the purchase of several acres of undeveloped beachfront property. At that time, practical considerations dictated a traditional business career & my professional obligations required extensive travel. However, I found myself retiring here again and again to contemplate what I wanted to build and how it would all come about. I wanted the development of the property to be in harmony with nature and reflect the rich, cultural heritage of Puerto Rico. The design of the villas was inspired by the architecture of Old San Juan and my love for the ocean. Tall ceilings, interior courtyards, livable balconies, ocean views from all rooms mark my deep respect and appreciation for the plants, birds, and nature that surrounds us daily. Namaste.

Close to popular surf, bike, golf, snorkel, horseback riding, diving spots. If you are a kiter or windsurfer, you can launch from our private beach. Or, you can walk west along a secluded beach for miles or east to Jobos Beach, where you can grab a drink or meal at one of several oceanfront restaurants. Amazing sunrises & sunsets!
