This is a very nice condo located very conveniently next to the Kings' Shops. Everything went very smoothly with the reservation and check in/out process. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need, the beds were comfortable and it was perfect for our family of four.

Escape from Winter!

My wife and two 20 something year old sons really enjoyed the condo. It was the perfect size, clean, quiet, and an excellent accommodation for all of our seaside adventures. I highly recommend it to other groups amd families our size and hope to be back for another stay someday. Oh, and the semi-open air gym is awesome. Cheers!

Great Location

Condo is in a great location with walking access to restaurants, shops, golf, miniature golf, trails and more. The more adventurous types can walk to the beach from here, as well. Unit is spacious and well equipped with everything you would need. We stayed for 9 days and had a great time. Management staff was readily available to address a few small concerns during our stay. And you get to heckle golfers as they play past the back patio. ;)

We spent a week here and it was lovely! The condo is so welcoming and clean. Comes with many household things like a laundry basket, high chair, pack n play, outdoor and beach items! I wish we had looked in the outdoor closet to see the boogie boards and pool noodles before we went to the store. Also had leftover spices/dry goods which was very helpful. Even had leftover lotions/sunscreens for when we were in a pinch. The ground level was a MUST for us and it was such a great location and we spent many hours on the comfortable outdoor furniture looking at the gold course and watching the birds, geckos, and a sneaky mongoose. At night it’s amazing for star gazing! 10/10 would recommend this condo to anyone looking in the area!

Nice condo in great location

Well-stocked, roomy, but arrived to a very dirty floor that we discovered as we wiped up a few drops of champagne that fizzed out as we opened a bottle on arrival. We checked other rooms--also very dirty--and we are not neat freaks. Vacasa gave us partial refund of cleaning fee plus sent someone to clean the floors.

Good stay

This is a well-located property - quiet, gated neighborhood, very convenient to Queens Marketplace and the King's Shops, short drive to excellent beach and Lava Lava Beach Club. Our first time renting a Vacasa-managed property and we were impressed with its approach. The presentation of the property on the VRBO site is accurate, except that there are a lot of little things about the property that need some TLC. It clearly is primarily a short-term rental property investment and does not show what I would consider to be the attention to the small stuff that an owner-occupant would have. That is why overall I'd rate it a 4, not a 5. But overall it is fine.

Wonderful stay at Fairway Villas

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this unit in Fairway Villa’s in Waikoloa. It’s in a great location close to beaches and shopping. Very safe and well kept property amenities. Would highly recommend this property to a family. Things that could use improving are a better cleaning of condo. We stayed for 15 days and felt floor was not thoroughly clean when we checked in. We also had to vacuum the pull out bed on the first night as it was not done prior. Needs a good wet mopping and it would be nice if a mop could be provided for longer stays. We could only find a dry swiffer and vacuum. Also the sofa and chair furniture and outdoor cushions would benefit from a good cleaning. Also a laundry basket, dish cloths, cleaning products would have been nice to have. Better instructions of where to find things in the condo and how to use the TV would also be helpful. The twin beds are small so appropriate for kids but not ideal for adults. However overall it is a nice condo in a great location and reasonably priced. Our favourite things to do were Hāpuna Beach, Lava Lava Beach Club, Tommy Bahamas dinner, Kings shops shaved Ice and Island Vintage coffee for Açai bowls. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Pool and BBQ’s were great. The Big Island was a great Island to explore and this condo was a good place to rest in between. Would stay here again. Spotless, Low-key, Great Location

We enjoyed a 4-night stay at this 2BR condo and it was just right. We were traveling with my elderly mother-in-law and appreciated the accessibility of the unit. It was absolutely sparkling clean when we arrived, and well appointed with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and sheets were incredibly soft. Instructions were very clear and the company checked in on us by text a few times during our stay. We had a view of the golf course just beyond the back door but it also felt private and secluded. Only a couple of small critiques - 1. There are instruction signs EVERYWHERE in the unit and although we got used to them, everyone found them a bit jarring and stressful when we arrived. We appreciate the desire to protect the owners property but it bordered on making us feel unwelcome. 2. The complex itself seems to be a mix of retiree full-time residents and short-term rentals. There are very strict rules about visitors, noise, etc. that give the feel that the residents may not want the short-term guests there at all. This isn’t Vacasa’s fault at all but rather the general feel of the community. Note that the smoking rules are quite strict (which is fine with me) but it meant my son had to escort my mother-in-law quite far anytime she wanted to smoke. The location is excellent - a 5 minute walk to two different shopping centers including a grocery store. We were able to prepare our own breakfasts and lunches at home which saved a ton of time and money. It’s also minutes from a great beach (next to Lava Lava Beach Club) which is ideal for a laid back beach day. All in all we would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again!

This was a great location with out paying the premium of beach front. The condo was super modern and well styled. The condo sleeps 6 and caters for 6 however you do have to pack up the sofa bed. Having access to boogie boards and snorkels was a plus!

We completely loved our stay at Fairway Villas D3. Everything was perfect, from check in, to the condo itself, the property, pool, location! The condo had everything we needed and more… the little extras were so nice. It was well stocked, very clean and the property management company checked in with us several times. We were sad to leave and cannot wait to come stay here again!
