This comfortable island retreat sleeps up to four guests and offers easy indoor-outdoor living with a private west-facing lanai perfect for enjoying sunset skies and gentle island breezes.
Inside, the open living space features comfortable seating, a large 75” TV, central air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals at home.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two extra-long twin beds that can be converted to a king for an additional fee. A second full bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for your stay.
Guests are also provided a beach starter kit with 2 chairs, 1 umbrella, and 1 cooler for days spent exploring the Kohala Coast.

Beautifully remodeled condo. Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, plenty of beach items, well-equipped kitchen for simple dinners. Would recommend!
Amazing condo!! Spotless, spacious with all of the amenities, great views, convenient with shops and groceries nearby and close to the best beaches sin the island. This will be our go to for future stays!!
Unit is very nice and very clean. Located behind Kings Shops and on the golf course. Pool is nearby, as is workout room. Only negative was spotty internet at times.
Stayed for 4 nights in early January 2023. It was a beautiful unit, ground floor and close to the pool. We ended up getting a lot of mosquito bites even though doors were closed (AC on) at all time. Perhaps it’s because the unit was close to the pond (golf course)? There was everything in the kitchen and we appreciated all the items! We did notice that there was no coffee (there were a coffee machine/filters) except for an instant coffee .
The Fairway Villas is the perfect location for a romantic or family getaway. Located within a 5 minute walk are two shopping arcades with plenty of food and entertainment options. The complex is gated so felt extremely safe.
The unit itself was clean, well appointed, and beautifully located on the ground floor with lagoon and golf views. The kitchen was well stocked so you can cook meals at home and there are grills by the swimming pool. Beach equipment was present. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels for showers. Two people could fit into the massive bathtub.
Our condo came with concierge services and the communication was superb. Instructions on check in and check out a long with gate codes were very clear.
Hope to be able to stay again at the Fairway Villas and in this unit.

Big Island Vacay
The property is dated. The bedding and towels were clean. Carpet is stained and dingy and needs replacing it does not represent the property well. I did not want to walk on it without shoes on. The baseboards are dirty and many spots are chipped. None of the windows on the outside were clean thus it was a disappointment to look out onto the beautiful setting of Hawaii through dirty windows. The air conditioning unit outside is rusty and the pipes look like they are ready to come out of the wall. The couch needs cleaning as it smells like sweat and body order as well as the pillows on the couch. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes thoroughly. Some of the pots and pans need replacing they are stained from use, not free of marks thus making it difficult to cook food without sticking. The utensils are worn, mismatched, old and some are missing. The coffee pot has residue. The patio was not clean nor was the table and chairs. All in all the setting is nice, the development is nice, the location is nice, the pool is nice, the gym is nice and the people in the development are nice, but I would not rent the unit again as I was not comfortable as it felt old and out of date. To sum it up I felt there is not care or concern for this property and these condos are up to one million dollars to buy. It is sad to see such an expensive piece of property in this condition.

Excellent view! Nice quiet location with golf course view. We had a lovely 10 day stay. The property is close to several nice beaches and there was beach equipment in the closet (2 beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and sand toys if you have little ones). Our toughest decision was which beach shall we go to!
We did contact the property management company because the refrigerator needed a new water filter. They were very responsive and took care of it the day we called.
Overall the property and grounds are well maintained and photos accurately represent the property. We would definitely stay here again.
A Bay beach, shops, restaurants, literally everything within 5 min drive. So easy to get around. Nice, clean and quiet property. The condo itself was cozy and comfortable. Had a wonderful time and felt like home after a long day out in the sun! Thanks!

Lovely property with everything we needed for our stay . We had a fantastic trip and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to get to know the island .
Wow wow wow. We couldn’t believe there was a paddle board in the closet. Made our whole stay! 2 large bedrooms, all beds very comfortable, nice size kitchen with all cooking equipment you would ever need on vacation, salt, pepper provided but probably because of COVID that was all. Very close to beach, shops and supermarket. Overall a fantastic stay.
This property is in a terrific location and is well-appointed. From the kitchen to the relaxing lanai, it had absolutely everything we needed. It’s also located close to the pool, so that was a huge bonus.
