- The driveway entry is shared with a detached studio located across the 3-acre lot used for niece's quiet creative work & periodic property support. Beyond the entry point, the driveway & home are private for guest use.
- We require a Rental Agreement and Damage Deposit Hold (not a charge) for software-connected hosts like us via OwnerRez (a Preferred+ Partner of VRBO).
- A link to the Rental Agreement will be sent via messaging after booking. The Damage Deposit Hold will be processed as a Hold Authorization 48-72 hrs prior to arrival. A valid photo ID/Passport is required as part of the agreement.
- There are motion activated front & rear entrance/deck access & garage door temp camera-sensor.
