The space is big 2 story house with extra 1rooms on second floor for the rent,
No Air conditioner. It has 2 ceiling fans. The Maya Room on 2nd floor has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, a balcony. Coffee table is on the balcony equipped with some dishes. The house has 2 common Living Rooms with ceiling fans, kitchen equipped with: refrigerator, stove, dishes, coffee maker, kitchen ware. Bathroom shared with other room, where can live 1or 2 or max 3 persons.
Also guests can exchange paintings what hanging in the room on other painting from gallery. All Painting for sell.
Our location is ideal. Within a 20 minute WALK you will find many seafood restaurants and PLAYA DEL NIÑO a public beach with free palapas, toilets.
3 min WALK the R6 bus or minibus wil ltake you to this beach or downtown
10 minutes WALK is the sea port Puerto Juares the FERRY to ISLA MUJERES, 15 walk to Bus R1 to Hotel Zone. Taxi to Cancun downtown cost approximately 45 pesos.
