This million-dollar view takes your breath away every day. Bask in the sights and sounds of the ocean from two balconies in this beautiful condo. Enjoy the stunning sea view by day and the ever-changing sunsets at dusk. The balconies overlook one of two pools in the Flamingo Towers community and is an amazing place to enjoy happy hour, bird watching and the Howler Monkeys playing in the trees. There are expansive views of the neighboring beaches…Playa Brasilito and Playa Conchal.
This 3 bedroom/3 bath, open concept condo has been newly redecorated along with a recent renovation. The light and bright kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats four. Just out the kitchen windows are the beautiful palms and jungle trees and out the full length sliding doors is the expansive blue ocean. It has all the amenities for your meal prep needs. It’s easy to dine in when you’re not out exploring all the incredible eateries in the area. Separate dining area features a live edge table with seating for up to ten.
The second story includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, its own private balcony and en-suite bathroom that features a large glass shower with a window view of the ocean; a second bedroom with a king-sized bed; a third bedroom with a queen-sized bed; and a full bath. This condo has an additional full bath on the main level.
This Flamingo Community is beautifully landscaped and includes two pools with ocean views, outdoor showers and 24 hour on-site security guards. The development is a short drive to several beaches where you can enjoy numerous beach-side restaurants, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, boogie boarding, surfing, kayaking, jet skiing and fishing. The condo is also a 5 minute drive to a grocery store, medical, dental and pharmacy services.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The views were amazing. Parking was a little tight during our stay, but we managed. We loved that it was centrally located and a quick drive to Flamingo and other nearby towns. We would definitely stay again.

Great place

Amazing property. The views from the waterfront pool are world class. The drive up to the condo is a rough road but it’s the small price to pay for those views. I recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing trip. We travelled with family and infants and the residence was very functional.10/10

Our host (Maria) was great with communication, with sending us information on restaurants and grocery stores, and with all the required communication. When we got to the place, there were just a few shampoos/soaps and she made sure additional suplies were dropped off the next day. I would give Maria high marks on being super responsive!The reason for the 4-star (and not 5-star) is just the overall location. The road to the condo is quite steep but luckily we had a 4-wheel drive. They do mention this in the reviews to be fair. Also, the location of the condo is a bit out there and its not like you can just step out and walk to a beach of anywhere. Its quite a rough road and not really close to Playa Flamingo. So everything - from breakfast to lunch to just getting a coffee requires a drive. The parking is another point I want to make. Its an open space next to the Condo and it has about 6 spots. So, if those get full, you need to park on the street. The condo itself is very nice. Great view on the balconey which we enjoyed, and spacious with 3 bedrooms. The pool is also nice with a good view.The rating says more about the general location - which the owners cannot do much about. And there were many families enjoying the place. So it all depends on personal preference on location and how close you want to be to the main Plaza.

Outstanding Views

Well appointed condo with outstanding views. Quiet, private, a little off the beaten path but close enough (by car) to restaurants etc. Only downside is limited walkability - the hill back up to the unit is pretty steep. But that is the price you pay for the views.

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay in this condo. Beautiful condo with a beautiful view. Recent renovation was great and the furnishings were great. The view from the balcony was spectacular and sunsets even more so. Greatly appreciated the well stocked kitchen. There were only three of us but there was room for plenty more. We would stay here again. If you plan to stay make sure you have a vehicle that can handle the steep drive up on a very bumpy road.

Beautiful views

The photos of the property are true; it is stunning. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It was not really near "town" so you could not walk anywhere but it is a short drive to restaurants. Flamingo does not really have a little town strip like other areas in Costa Rica. The only thing that was alittle negative was there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash. I have not stayed at a VRBO that did not provide these so we had to make a quick trip to the store. Overall though it is a fantastic place to visit and the host was very good with communication.

Perfect in every way

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. We travel extensively and this property is hands down the best property we have ever rented. Located high in a hill, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, we enjoyed morning coffee on one of the two large balconies, and ended our days mesmerized by the setting sun. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possible need. There are three bedrooms on the second floor that provide plenty of space for everyone. Our king sized bed was very comfortable. We had access to both pools and used them every day. The property is well maintained, with 24 hr security. We felt very safe. Thank you, Maria, for your attention to our every need. This was our first time visiting Costa Rica so we did not know what to expect. We will definitely return.

STUNNING IS RIGHT

Incredible view. The name says it all. STUNNING! Close to restaurants, nightlife, activities and the beach. The view is worth the trip. The condo was very up to date and nice. Just like the pictures. The roads would be the only complaint, but that is Costa Rica. While the fridge was clean and large, it had no automatic ice maker or water. They did have ice trays in the freezer though. I would have liked to have had a little more cool air circulation in the bathrooms but overall, the place was great. We saw lots of animals from our balcony. Iguana's, lizards, coati, a beautiful squirrel and one particular 'wren' that would strut and sing all morning. It sounded as big as the ocean but was a very small bird. Take your binoculars and you will see a lot of wildlife in the trees below and to each side of the building. Unless you are a total scrooge, you will enjoy this location. Pura Vida.

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Views, Fully Equipped

The condo is absolutely beautiful. The views from the main deck, the master bedroom deck and the master bedroom shower are breath taking. The kitchen had everything you need to fully enjoy your stay. Everything from the dishes to the cutlery and pots/pans were of good quality. The owner has provided everything - wine openers, blender, chopper, lemon juice, lots of bowls, storage containers etc. There are plenty of towels, laundry soap, bathroom tissue etc. One thing to note is the hill getting up to the condo is quite rough as it's unpaved but it's nothing to worry about. All bedrooms are upstairs. The master has an ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms do not have ensuites but there is an extra full bathroom upstairs and then another downstairs. Overall I cannot say enough about the property. It is gorgeous, the pools were wonderful and Maria was fantastic to deal with. She answered my emails quickly and checked in to see if we needed anything. She also let us check in early upon arrival. Thank you for a great stay!

5 stars throughout. This condo was as advertised, clean, quiet and the pictures don’t show the absolutely beautiful views. Host was responsive with our minor questions, everything was perfect. Definitely need a vehicle, the road in is steep but no problem. Local restaurants are fantastic, and Playa Flamingo is a true gem!

Beautiful Inside and Out

I don't even know where to start with this property. Yes, the views were unbelievable, but I was also more than happy to hang out inside on a rainy day. No idea who decorated this condo, but they have IMPECCABLE taste. Every little detail was perfect. Only downside to this condo was the last part of the road going up the hill. Best to have a 4WD. Other than that, it was the best condo of our stay in Costa Rica. I would return in a heartbeat!

Amazing Views

We loved our stay at this house! The views from the porches and master bathroom were amazing! Fun to watch the iguanas climb the tree every day for fruit. Nice layout inside and kitchen well stocked with cooking/storage items. Beds were excellent! Everything went smoothly. There were noodles to use in the pools (that was nice adder since we spent a lot of time there). Perfect location to Flamingo, Potrero and Brasalita. Food options were excellent. We would stay here again and recommend to our friends. Thanks!!
