Welcome to Unit #330 at Sugar Beach Resort, Your private oceanfront oasis! The unit is in the Front row, literally 50 feet from the Ocean. Come enjoy the 180 Degree Panoramic Pacific views with winter time whale sightings right from your Lanai. The sunsets are memorable from here! The unit is well equipped and recently remodeled.

Sugar Beach is great for swimming, snorkelling, paddle or boogie boarding. The Resort offers a large heated pool with hot tub overlooking the ocean and a children's paddling pool. There is a golf putting green, a well-maintained gas barbecue area that overlooks the ocean, Dina's “Sandwich” and Bar and an on-site Massage. Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice (A Maui Must) and an ABC Convenience store are about a five minute walk down the beach.

The condo was well maintained and very clean. The view from our lanai was beautiful and we had easy access to the beach. The location was excellent for the activities we had planned. Also, many restaurants and shopping areas nearby. Would highly recommend this property to anyone staying on Maui.

We couldn't have asked for a better place. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans and dishes. Everything was clean and well organized. Actually, we didn't want to leave. The view is amazing and romantic. The bed was very comfortable. I worry making reservations online but this booking was a rare find. This was our first visit to Hawaii and it didn't disappoint. I will definitely book this beautiful condo if we ever get the opportunity to visit again.Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Better than description. So well stocked. Kitchen appliances, utensils, pans, glasses, etc all GREAT. The view was so relaxing, we lived on the lanai all morning with coffee. Loved the Ninja coffee pot! Greg was a good communicator and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Absolutely loved my stay! The location is perfect. It was so close to fantastic spots to eat and local gems, with a must-try recommendation: Sugar Beach Bake Shop (don’t miss it! The Masalada and the Cinnamon Roll **drool). The condo had everything I could possibly need, from all the household essentials to a wonderfully refreshing AC. There were beach towels and beach chairs. They didnt miss a beat. Oh, and that ocean view with the sandy beach that went for miles. It was truly surreal. This VRBO made my trip unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back.
